動作技能發(fā)展視角下幼兒體育游戲實施效果的實證研究

【摘要】:幼兒動作發(fā)展階段作為個體整個動作發(fā)展順序的起始階段,起著決定性的作用。研究表明,兒童在幼兒時期發(fā)展良好的動作技能可以為日后動作技能的發(fā)展奠定牢固的基礎。3-6歲是幼兒動作發(fā)展的關鍵期,由于年齡的不同,幼兒在每個階段發(fā)展的側重點也不同,其中4-5歲是幼兒動作技能發(fā)展最快的時期,主要以發(fā)展跑、接投和平衡能力為主。此階段對幼兒進行有針對性的干預,會起到事半功倍的效果。本文采用了文獻資料法、實驗法、測試法、推理法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法。其中主要采用的是實驗法。本文選取了北京聾兒康復中心中班(4—5歲)的70名幼兒作為實驗對象,其中正常兒童36名,聾啞兒童34名,實驗把70名幼兒分為實驗組和對照組,每組分別由18名正常兒童和17名聾啞兒童組成,并在實驗前進行了前測證明兩組數(shù)據(jù)并無差異性。在對實驗組和對照組進行了為期3個月的實驗干預后(基本保證實驗組和對照組的活動內容,活動時間和活動負荷大致相同),得出以下結論:實驗組和對照組經過三個月的體育活動干預,各方面都有不同程度的提高,但是實驗組和對照組的后測數(shù)據(jù)在跑、跳、投接和平衡等方面還是存在顯著性差異。1.4-5歲是幼兒發(fā)展動作技能的敏感期,這個時期對幼兒進行有針對性的體育干預,可以促進幼兒上下肢粗大肌群動作技能更好更快的發(fā)展。本實驗研究的幼兒趣味體育游戲就很大程度上提高了幼兒粗大肌群的動作技能。2.平衡能力是保證很多動作順利完成的基礎,從幼兒時期就對幼兒進行平衡能力的培養(yǎng)是非常有必要的。本研究實施的幼兒趣味體育游戲就對4-5歲幼兒靜態(tài)平衡能力的提高產生了顯著性的影響。3.如何提高幼兒體質健康水平是當今社會備受關注的一個話題,本研究實施的幼兒趣味體育游戲就有效的提高了4-5歲幼兒體質健康水平。4.幼兒體育游戲跟傳統(tǒng)的、以促進幼兒體質健康為主要目的的普通體育教學活動相比,可以更好地提高幼兒參與體育活動的積極性。本研究設計的幼兒趣味體育游戲就達到了理想的效果。所以,合理的幼兒體育游戲可以讓幼兒在娛樂的條件下更好的發(fā)展動作技能,提高身體素質。
[Abstract]:As the starting stage of individual action development sequence, infant action development stage plays a decisive role. Studies have shown that the development of good motor skills in early childhood can lay a solid foundation for the development of motor skills in the future. 3-6 years old is the key period for the development of children's movements, because of the different ages. The focus of children's development in each stage is also different, of which 4-5 years old is the fastest period of children's movement skills development, mainly to develop running, receiving and balancing ability. This stage carries on the targeted intervention to the young child, can have the double effect with half the effort. In this paper, literature method, experimental method, test method, reasoning method and mathematical statistics method are adopted. One of the main uses is the experimental method. In this paper, 70 children in the middle class (4-5 years old) of Beijing Deaf Rehabilitation Center were selected as experimental objects, including 36 normal children and 34 deaf and mute children. 70 children were divided into experimental group and control group. Each group consisted of 18 normal children and 17 deaf and mute children. After three months of experimental intervention, the experimental group and the control group were basically guaranteed the activity content of the experimental group and the control group. Activity time and activity load are roughly the same. The following conclusions are drawn: the experimental group and the control group after three months of physical activity intervention, all aspects have different degrees of improvement, but the experimental group and control group post-test data are running, jumping, There are significant differences in the aspects of placement and balance. 1.4-5 years old is the sensitive period for children to develop their motor skills. In this period, targeted physical intervention can promote the better and faster development of motor skills of children's upper and lower extremities. In this experiment, the children's interesting sports games greatly improved the children's motor skills. 2. Balance ability is the basis to ensure the smooth completion of many actions. It is very necessary to cultivate the balance ability of young children from early childhood. The children's interesting sports games implemented in this study have a significant effect on the improvement of children's static balance ability of 4-5 years old. 3. How to improve the level of children's physical health is a topic of great concern in our society. The children's interesting sports games implemented in this study have effectively improved the children's physical health level of 4-5 years old. 4. Compared with the traditional physical education activities with the aim of promoting children's physical health, children's sports games can improve the enthusiasm of children's participation in sports activities. This research designs the child interesting sports game to achieve the ideal effect. Therefore, reasonable child sports games can make children better develop their action skills and improve their physical quality under the condition of entertainment.
