【摘要】：一所成功的幼兒園具備一套行之有效的規(guī)章制度是遠遠不夠的,還必須要有一套完善的管理策略,要園內資源管理與園外資源管理相結合,重在園內資源管理和分享,吸取外園或姊妹園的精華是園所發(fā)展的基石。在"拿來"的基礎之上進行創(chuàng)新、升華為我園所用,不斷為我園注入新鮮血液,以促進園所發(fā)展。基于此,才能使一定的管理行為收到預期的效果。
[Abstract]:It is far from enough for a successful kindergarten to have an effective set of rules and regulations. It is also necessary to have a set of perfect management strategies. It is necessary to combine the management of resources within the garden with the management of resources outside the garden, and focus on the management and sharing of resources within the garden.
