【摘要】：美工區(qū)材料是幼兒在美術(shù)區(qū)角活動中學(xué)習(xí)、創(chuàng)造的中介和橋梁。在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,美工區(qū)材料以筆和紙成為主要材料。由于幼兒受美工區(qū)材料種類的制約,長此以往,易造成幼兒對美術(shù)活動失去興趣。教師要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)他們的興趣,在生活環(huán)境中選擇相關(guān)材料,激發(fā)幼兒創(chuàng)造美的能力和在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,對美工區(qū)材料的探索與追求。大班幼兒的認(rèn)知能力很強(qiáng),他們的美術(shù)經(jīng)驗與技能都有了顯著的提升。研究探討大班幼兒在個別化學(xué)習(xí)中,對美工區(qū)材料的運(yùn)用,并通過觀察法、訪談法、案例研究法來探尋教師材料投放的策略,以促進(jìn)幼兒對美工區(qū)材料的有效運(yùn)用,推動其社會性的發(fā)展。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),首先,教師在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,對美工區(qū)材料投放的情況影響著幼兒對美工區(qū)材料的運(yùn)用。其次,幼兒在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,對美工區(qū)材料的運(yùn)用,反映出教師在材料投放上是否合理。最后,幼兒在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,對美工區(qū)材料的有效運(yùn)用,體現(xiàn)在材料使用種類的多樣和頻率的增高,作品完成度的提高、同伴之間關(guān)系的和諧方面。在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,通過對美工區(qū)材料進(jìn)行觀察和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)教師在投放時出現(xiàn)了許多問題,如:美工區(qū)材料種類單一,美工區(qū)材料更換率低,部分美工區(qū)材料不符合幼兒年齡特點(diǎn),美工區(qū)材料數(shù)量不充足等。因此,應(yīng)當(dāng)提升教師在個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,對美工區(qū)材料投放的方法和策略:首先,教師可以依據(jù)主題背景內(nèi)容進(jìn)行投放。其次,教師可以依據(jù)幼兒的興趣和材料的可操作性進(jìn)行投放。最后,教師可以依據(jù)幼兒經(jīng)驗、需求進(jìn)行投放。為教師提供如下建議:首先,個別化學(xué)習(xí)活動中,要確保材料使用的安全,材料要適應(yīng)不同年齡段幼兒的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)。其次,探究不同材料間的特性,材料投放要富有趣味,層次多樣,可操作性強(qiáng)。最后,要確保美工區(qū)材料數(shù)量充足,并在后續(xù)操作中,注意材料的及時更換。這些建議將對幼兒園教師開展個別化學(xué)習(xí)中美術(shù)相關(guān)活動具有參考價值,對于促進(jìn)幼兒全面發(fā)展有積極的作用。
[Abstract]:The material of American industrial area is the medium and Bridge created by children in the art area corner activities. In the individual learning activities, the material of the art area is the main material. As the children are restricted by the kinds of materials in the American industrial area, the children are prone to lose interest in the art activities. The teachers should be good at discovering their interest and in life. The selection of relevant materials in the living environment, the ability to inspire children to create beauty and the exploration and pursuit of the material in the American industrial area in the individual learning activities. The cognitive ability of the big class children is very strong, their art experience and skills have been greatly improved. In order to promote the effective use of the material and promote the social development of the material in the American industrial area, the observation method, the interview method and the case study method are used to promote the effective use of the material and promote the social development of the young children. In the individual learning activities, the application of materials to the American industrial area reflects the rationality of the material delivery of the teachers. In the end, the effective use of the materials in the American industrial area in the individual learning activities is reflected in the increase in the variety and frequency of the material use, the improvement of the completion of the works and the harmony of the relationship between the peers. In the individualized learning activities, through the observation and analysis of the materials in the American industrial area, many problems have been found when the teachers are put in, such as the single material type in the American industrial area, the low replacement rate of the material in the American industrial area, the material of some American industrial areas which do not conform to the age characteristics of the young children, and the inadequate quantity of the material in the American industrial area. In the learning activities, the methods and strategies for the material delivery in the American industrial area: first, teachers can be put on the basis of the subject background content. Secondly, teachers can be put on the basis of children's interest and the operability of the materials. Finally, teachers can be put on the basis of children's experience and demand. The following suggestions are provided for teachers: first, individualized study In the activities, we should ensure the safety of the materials used, the material should be adapted to the development characteristics of children of different ages. Secondly, to explore the characteristics of different materials, the materials should be interesting, varied and operable. Finally, we should ensure that the number of materials in the American industrial area is sufficient and the materials will be replaced in a timely manner in the follow-up operation. These suggestions will be made. It has reference value for preschool teachers to carry out art related activities in individualized learning, and plays a positive role in promoting children's all-round development.
