【摘要】:幼兒教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,幼兒教師是幼兒?jiǎn)⒚山逃囊龑?dǎo)者,在幼兒成長(zhǎng)發(fā)展中扮演重要角色。對(duì)于剛邁進(jìn)幼兒園不久的教師,及時(shí)、優(yōu)質(zhì)的培訓(xùn)能夠幫助她們形成正確的教育理念和教學(xué)方式,會(huì)使她們對(duì)幼兒園的工作充滿信心。 筆者通過對(duì)大連市幼兒園新教師園本培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,,深入分析幼兒園新教師在園本培訓(xùn)中存在的問題,并針對(duì)存在問題提出改進(jìn)策略。 全文由六部分組成: 第一部分:?jiǎn)栴}的提出部分,包括研究背景和研究意義。 第二部分:國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)新教師入職適應(yīng)研究和幼兒教師園本培訓(xùn)研究現(xiàn)狀。 第三部分:介紹本研究的研究目的、研究對(duì)象和研究方法。 第四部分:通過對(duì)幼兒園的調(diào)查走訪,運(yùn)用問卷訪談等多種方式對(duì)幼兒園新教師的基本情況和新教師園本培訓(xùn)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。 第五部分:分析幼兒園新教師園本培訓(xùn)存在的問題,如:部分幼兒園新教師缺乏參與園本培訓(xùn)的積極性、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容不能完全滿足新教師的基本需求、培訓(xùn)形式缺乏變化、培訓(xùn)考核激勵(lì)制度不完善等。 第六部分:從教師自身、幼兒園的角度探討解決幼兒園新教師園本培訓(xùn)有問題的策略。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is an important part of basic education. Preschool teacher is the guide of young children's enlightenment education. It plays an important role in the development and development of children. For the teachers who have just entered the kindergarten, timely and high quality training can help them to form the correct educational ideas and teaching methods, which will make them full of the work of the kindergarten. Full of confidence.
Through the investigation and Research on the current situation of the new kindergarten teacher training in Dalian kindergarten, the author deeply analyzes the problems existing in the kindergarten new teachers' training in the kindergarten based training, and puts forward some improvement strategies in view of the existing problems.
The full text consists of six parts:
The first part is the introduction of the problem, including the background and significance of the study.
The second part: domestic and foreign research on the entry of new teachers and kindergarten teachers' kindergarten based training.
The third part introduces the research purpose, research objects and research methods.
The fourth part is to investigate and analyze the basic situation of the new kindergarten teachers and the current situation of the new teacher's Kindergarten Based on the investigation and interview with the kindergarten.
The fifth part: analysis of the problems of kindergarten new teachers' kindergarten based training, for example, some new teachers lack the enthusiasm of participating in the kindergarten based training. The training content can not fully meet the basic needs of the new teachers, the training form is not changed, the training and assessment incentive system is not perfect.
The sixth part: from the perspective of teachers themselves and kindergartens, this paper discusses the strategies to solve the problems of Kindergarten Based kindergarten teacher training.
