【摘要】：正民辦幼兒教育主要是指由國(guó)家機(jī)構(gòu)以外的社會(huì)組織或個(gè)人承辦的,利用非財(cái)政性經(jīng)費(fèi),面向社會(huì)招收幼兒的幼兒教養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)的總稱(chēng)。自《社會(huì)力量辦學(xué)條例》及《中華人民共和國(guó)民辦教育促進(jìn)法》頒布施行以來(lái),河北高度重視,大力支持,加強(qiáng)管理和引導(dǎo),民辦幼兒教育事業(yè)取得了長(zhǎng)足進(jìn)步。一、河北民辦幼教發(fā)展取得的成績(jī)(一)民辦幼教事業(yè)發(fā)展保持較高增速2010年至2012年,全省幼兒園從1530
[Abstract]:The private preschool education mainly refers to the general name of the preschool education institution which is undertaken by the social organization or the individual outside the national organization and which uses the non-financial funds to recruit the young children to the society. Since the promulgation and implementation of the regulations on running Schools by Social Forces and the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Education, Hebei has paid great attention to, vigorously supported, strengthened management and guidance, and made great progress in the cause of private early childhood education.
