【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)學(xué)前教育的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,人們的兒童觀和教育觀也隨之發(fā)生改變,進(jìn)而影響了對(duì)幼兒的評(píng)價(jià)。傳統(tǒng)幼兒評(píng)價(jià)凸顯了種種弊端,而新西蘭學(xué)前教育機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施的學(xué)習(xí)故事評(píng)價(jià)有著自己的特色和豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),是一種新的發(fā)展性評(píng)價(jià)理念的實(shí)踐形式。我國(guó)對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)故事還處于探索階段,教師在實(shí)施學(xué)習(xí)故事時(shí)經(jīng)常遇到困惑,教師缺乏何時(shí)觀察、如何觀察、如何記錄與回應(yīng)等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文研究者將與一線的幼兒園學(xué)習(xí)故事實(shí)驗(yàn)班教師共同開展行動(dòng)研究,通過訪談法、實(shí)物分析法了解教師在實(shí)施幼兒學(xué)習(xí)故事檔案袋過程中存在的困惑與問題,并設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)建幼兒學(xué)習(xí)故事檔案袋的方案,在行動(dòng)中不斷調(diào)整,最后探索出實(shí)施幼兒學(xué)習(xí)故事檔案袋的策略,運(yùn)用幼兒學(xué)習(xí)故事檔案袋促進(jìn)家園共育。研究者在每一階段的研究中都遵循著行動(dòng)研究的具體路線,在實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行反思與改進(jìn),進(jìn)而對(duì)行動(dòng)研究成效進(jìn)行質(zhì)性分析并提出相關(guān)建議:1.為幼兒創(chuàng)造自由的環(huán)境,用發(fā)現(xiàn)的眼光注意哇時(shí)刻;2.記錄手段多樣化,精準(zhǔn)記錄幼兒哇時(shí)刻;3.結(jié)合《指南》識(shí)別幼兒發(fā)展關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),針對(duì)幼兒準(zhǔn)確回應(yīng);4.制定統(tǒng)一的寫作規(guī)范,保證學(xué)習(xí)故事的完整客觀;5.歸納幼兒學(xué)習(xí)故事檔案袋材料,構(gòu)建檔案袋展示平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of preschool education in China, people's views on children and education have changed, which has affected the evaluation of young children. The traditional evaluation of preschool children highlights all kinds of disadvantages, but the evaluation of learning stories implemented by New Zealand preschool institutions has its own characteristics and rich experience, which is a new practical form of developmental evaluation idea. In our country, the learning story is still in the exploratory stage, teachers often encounter confusion in the implementation of the learning story, teachers lack of experience in such aspects as when to observe, how to observe, how to record and respond. The researcher will carry out the action research with the teachers in the kindergarten learning story experiment class. Through the method of interview and physical analysis, we can understand the puzzles and problems that the teachers have in the process of implementing the children's learning story portfolio. And design the plan of constructing the infant learning story portfolio, adjust constantly in the action, finally explore the strategy of implementing the infant learning story file bag, use the young child learning story file bag to promote the common breeding of the home. In each stage of the research, the researchers follow the specific path of action research, reflect on and improve on the basis of practice, and then make qualitative analysis of the results of action research and put forward relevant suggestions: 1. To create a free environment for young children, with the eye of discovery to pay attention to wow moment 2. Diverse recording methods, accurate recording of young children wow time of 3. Combined with the guidelines to identify the key points of early childhood development, for children to respond accurately. 4. Make a unified writing standard to ensure the integrity and objectivity of learning stories. Induces the children to learn the story portfolio material, constructs the portfolio display platform.
