【摘要】：幼兒教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,也是我國學(xué)校教育和終身教育的奠基階段,其中幼兒教師隊(duì)伍的質(zhì)量又直接關(guān)系著整個(gè)學(xué)前教育的質(zhì)量。從政策的視角審視幼兒教師培養(yǎng)與培訓(xùn)、權(quán)利與義務(wù)、資格與任用等方面的政策文本,以此揭示幼兒教師政策的規(guī)律和本質(zhì),對于促進(jìn)幼兒教育師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高學(xué)前教育質(zhì)量具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education is an important part of basic education, and it is also the foundation stage of school education and lifelong education in China. The quality of early childhood teachers is directly related to the quality of the whole preschool education. From the perspective of policy, this paper examines the policy texts of training and training of early childhood teachers, rights and obligations, qualifications and appointment, so as to reveal the law and essence of the policy of early childhood teachers, and to promote the construction of teachers in early childhood education. It is of great significance to improve the quality of preschool education.
