【摘要】：如果從歷史的、生態(tài)的角度來定義,從事理論研究的“理論人”從實際上也在積極追求實踐效果,而從事教育實踐的“實踐人”實際也在主動建構(gòu)自己的理論。無論“理論人”還是“實踐人”,最重要的都是學會獨立思考、學會相互尊重與支持。兩者的終極追求與根本目的是一致的、相通的。
[Abstract]:If defined from a historical and ecological point of view, "theorists" engaged in theoretical research are actually also actively pursuing practical effects. The "practical person" who is engaged in educational practice is actually taking the initiative to construct his own theory. Whether "theorist" or "practical person", the most important thing is to learn to think independently. Learn to respect and support each other. The ultimate pursuit and fundamental purpose of the two are identical and interlinked.
