0-3歲早期教育機構(gòu)課程設(shè)置的個案研究

【摘要】:0-3歲兒童早期教育日益成為世界各國幼教研究者關(guān)注的新重點。早期教育課程作為早期教育機構(gòu)的心臟,是實現(xiàn)對嬰幼兒和家長教育功能的載體,也是機構(gòu)賴以良性運營的根基,F(xiàn)有的早期教育機構(gòu)課程的設(shè)置具有隨意性、功利性,以市場需求為主導(dǎo)。這使很多不利于嬰幼兒身心健康的學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容進入了早教課程,造成兒童早期學(xué)習(xí)的興趣、態(tài)度和能力的困境。因此應(yīng)高度重視早期教育機構(gòu)中的課程設(shè)置,保障0-3歲兒童健康成長。0-3歲早期教育機構(gòu)的課程研究,對筆者而言,是一個全新的領(lǐng)域,旨在探索,并非驗證。加之各早期教育機構(gòu)的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護意識較強,故本研究采用代表性抽樣法,選取武漢市一家具有代表性的連鎖加盟品牌早期教育機構(gòu),以該機構(gòu)中各月齡段嬰幼兒的課程以及參與課程的教師、嬰幼兒、家長為研究對象,通過非參與式觀察法和訪談法了解課程的現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,分析問題,并嘗試解決問題。本文分為四個部分。首先是緒論。主要闡釋了研究的緣起、研究的內(nèi)容、意義和方法、核心概念的界定。同時,對國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究進行了綜述并分析總結(jié)了現(xiàn)有研究成果的貢獻和不足。第二部分是對A早期教育機構(gòu)課程現(xiàn)狀的分析。從課程理念、課程目標(biāo)、課程內(nèi)容和課程組織形式四個方面介紹了課程的現(xiàn)狀。第三部分是對A早期教育機構(gòu)課程的反思。先分析了 A早期教育機構(gòu)課程的特點,再發(fā)現(xiàn)A早期教育機構(gòu)課程存在的問題,最后分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因。第四部分是對早期教育機構(gòu)課程的建議。筆者以A早期教育機構(gòu)為依據(jù),結(jié)合0-3歲嬰幼兒早期教育的教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)理論和我國早期教育機構(gòu)課程的現(xiàn)狀,提出了自己的建議。
[Abstract]:Early childhood education at the age of 0-3 has become the new focus of preschool education researchers around the world attention. Early heart education courses as early education institutions, is the carrier of infant and parents education function, but also the foundation for mechanism of benign operation of the existing early education institutions. The curriculum is random, utilitarian, market the demand led. This makes a lot of physical and mental health of the infant is not conducive to the learning content into the development course, resulting in children's early learning interest, attitude and ability. Therefore the plight of early education institutions should attach great importance to set the curriculum in the course of 0-3 years to protect the healthy growth of children aged.0-3 in early education institutions, the author is concerned. Is a new field, to explore, not verified. Coupled with the early education institutions strong awareness of IPR protection, this study used a representative sample Method, select a representative of the Wuhan City franchise brand early education institutions, with different month age in the organization of the curriculum and the infant teachers participate in the course of infant, parents as the research object, through non participant observation and interviews to understand the course status, find problems, analyze problems, and try to to solve the problem. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction. Mainly expounds the research origin, research content, significance and methods, the definition of the core concepts. At the same time, the related research at home and abroad are reviewed and summarized the existing research contributions and shortcomings. The second part is the analysis of the present situation of the course educational institutions in early A. From the curriculum idea, curriculum goal, curriculum content and form four aspects of curriculum organization introduced the course status. The third part is the reflection of A early education institutions first analyzes the A curriculum. The characteristics of early education institutions course, and then find the existence of A early education institutions course problems, finally analyze the causes of the problems. The fourth part is the early education institutions course suggestions. The author takes the A early education institutions as the basis, combined with the 0-3 year old infant early education pedagogy, psychology theory and the status of China's early education mechanism of the curriculum, put forward their own proposals.
