【摘要】：在美國(guó)人看來(lái),美國(guó)早期兒童教育發(fā)展中 “先行計(jì)劃”(Project Head Start)是美國(guó)歷史上“最富有雄心、最有影響和最有爭(zhēng)議的社會(huì)劃之一”。“先行計(jì)劃” 最初的對(duì)象是窮人家的孩子,而今,美國(guó)社會(huì)各階層人士都希望他們的孩子從中受益�！跋刃杏�(jì)劃”的本質(zhì)在于它是一項(xiàng)綜合性很強(qiáng)的社區(qū)服務(wù)方案。它試圖通過(guò)給社區(qū)和家長(zhǎng)參與教育兒童的新的機(jī)會(huì),進(jìn)而改進(jìn)整個(gè)社區(qū)。它致力于把社區(qū)內(nèi)零散的社會(huì)服務(wù)活動(dòng)整合起來(lái),并導(dǎo)向公立學(xué)校教育質(zhì)量的提高。本文介紹“先行計(jì)劃”的歷史、現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題和發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),供讀者參考。
[Abstract]:In American early childhood education development, the first program, Project Head start, is one of the "most ambitious, influential and controversial social divisions" in American history. People from all walks of life in the United States want their children to benefit from it. The essence of "go ahead" is that it is a highly integrated community service program. It seeks to provide new opportunities for communities and parents to participate in educating children. It aims to integrate the scattered social service activities within the community and lead to the improvement of the quality of education in public schools. This paper introduces the history, current situation, existing problems and development trends of the "first plan". For the reader's reference.
