【摘要】：正幼兒園的管理主要是由園長主持,教師實施,家長參與,所以要在管理中賦予愛的含義也必然要從這三方面入手。一、園長奉獻(xiàn)的愛1.對幼兒及幼兒家長的管理園長是整個幼兒園管理的帶頭人物,對整個幼兒園的工作起著宏觀指揮、調(diào)控的作用。園長應(yīng)在整個幼兒園營造一種相互尊重、相互關(guān)愛的氛圍,使所有處于這個氣氛中的人都不自覺地融入到這種氛圍中來。首先,從宏觀上指導(dǎo)幼兒教師用愛心去管理自己的班級,并
