【摘要】：結(jié)對(duì)幫扶制度是實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)學(xué)前教育一體化的重要途徑。運(yùn)用質(zhì)性分析的方法,探討C區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)幼兒園開(kāi)展結(jié)對(duì)幫扶活動(dòng)的動(dòng)機(jī)、主題與形式、效果、影響因素,并結(jié)合當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀提出相關(guān)思考與建議如下:轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,強(qiáng)化制度建設(shè),讓結(jié)對(duì)幫扶工作成為常態(tài)化;注重結(jié)對(duì)園所之間的匹配性,創(chuàng)新結(jié)對(duì)幫扶的主題形式;加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量監(jiān)管和溝通引導(dǎo),改善和推動(dòng)結(jié)對(duì)幫扶活動(dòng)中民辦園發(fā)展弱勢(shì);重視公辦性質(zhì)幼兒園與企事業(yè)單位、教委之間的合作,促進(jìn)其師資、管理等問(wèn)題的解決;強(qiáng)化結(jié)對(duì)幫扶活動(dòng)考核評(píng)價(jià)的針對(duì)性和長(zhǎng)效性,激勵(lì)園所參與積極性。
[Abstract]:The twinning help system is an important way to realize the integration of urban and rural preschool education. By using qualitative analysis method, this paper discusses the motivation, theme and form, effect and influencing factors of the twinning help activities in urban and rural kindergartens in C area. Combined with the current situation, the paper puts forward the following relevant thoughts and suggestions: changing ideas, strengthening system construction, making the work of twinning and helping become normal, paying attention to the matching between twinning gardens, innovating the thematic form of twinning and helping; Strengthen the quality supervision and communication guide, improve and promote the development of the weak position in the twinning activities, attach importance to the cooperation between public kindergartens and enterprises and institutions, education committee, promote the solution of problems such as teachers, management and so on; Strengthening the pertinence and long-term effectiveness of the evaluation of paired help activities and encouraging the enthusiasm of the garden.
