武漢市部分園所幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源開發(fā)與利用研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,教育科學(xué)的實(shí)踐與理論得到了很大的發(fā)展,作為教育科學(xué)的分支,幼兒園是我國學(xué)校教育的奠基階段。幼兒園的教學(xué)和體育教學(xué)活動的研究、改革也成為幼兒園資源利用的熱點(diǎn)。幼兒園籃球是教學(xué)活動的一部分;幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源的利用與開發(fā)對幼兒園體育教學(xué)的深化改革有重要作用。本文通過對武漢市5所幼兒園幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源開發(fā)與利用情況的調(diào)查與分析,了解當(dāng)前武漢市幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源利用與開發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀,研究分析影響武漢市幼兒籃球活動開展和教學(xué)資源利用與開發(fā)的因素,從而提出有利于武漢市幼兒籃球和幼兒園體育活動開展的建議。研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等方法對武漢市安吉拉國際幼兒園,空軍藍(lán)天幼兒園,小紅帽幼兒園,保利幼兒園,陽光蓓佳幼兒園5所幼兒園的幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源(主要包括:教師資源、教學(xué)內(nèi)容資源、籃球場地設(shè)施資源)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察與分析,了解到幼兒園實(shí)際情況,對幼兒園籃球教學(xué)資源的利用與開發(fā)得出以下結(jié)論:1、在教師資源開發(fā)與利用方面:教師積極參加幼兒體育活動的研討,重視幼兒體質(zhì)健康,開展幼兒籃球的課題研究,鼓勵開發(fā)優(yōu)質(zhì)教學(xué),但是幼兒籃球知識薄弱,教學(xué)概念模糊。2、在教學(xué)內(nèi)容資源開發(fā)與利用方面:對教學(xué)內(nèi)容資源的開發(fā)利用主要參考相關(guān)書籍和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為主,缺少自主開發(fā),教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏兒童所需要的籃球游戲和娛樂知識。教師過于依賴書本內(nèi)容,沒有根據(jù)學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況來設(shè)計開發(fā)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,對幼兒籃球教學(xué)內(nèi)容缺乏創(chuàng)新和設(shè)計能力。3、在教學(xué)設(shè)施資源開發(fā)與利用現(xiàn)方面:幼兒籃球資源較為豐富,場地寬敞,布局合理,但是利用時間不充分,自制幼兒園籃球器材沒有合理利用,對幼兒籃球教材開發(fā)與利用頻率較低,幼兒園教師對幼兒籃球教材重視程度不夠。4、影響幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源開發(fā)與利用的政策環(huán)境因素主要包含規(guī)章制度政策的影響,教育部門支持以及幼兒園規(guī)章制度的影響;幼兒籃球教學(xué)的開展?fàn)顩r與幼兒園的硬件資源息息相關(guān);幼兒園的軟件資源決定了幼兒籃球的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,幼兒園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層面對籃球教學(xué)的認(rèn)識程度,教師對籃球教學(xué)的研究都影響幼兒籃球教學(xué)資源的開發(fā);幼兒作為學(xué)習(xí)的主體,他們的態(tài)度決定了幼兒籃球的生存和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the practice and theory of educational science have been greatly developed. As a branch of educational science, kindergarten is the foundation stage of school education in China. Reform has also become a hot spot in the utilization of kindergarten resources. Kindergarten basketball is a part of teaching activities; The utilization and development of preschool basketball teaching resources play an important role in deepening the reform of kindergarten physical education. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the development and utilization of preschool basketball teaching resources in 5 kindergartens in Wuhan. To understand the current situation of utilization and development of teaching resources for young children in Wuhan, and to study and analyze the factors that affect the development of basketball activities and the utilization and development of teaching resources in Wuhan. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward for the development of basketball and kindergarten sports activities in Wuhan. The methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and so on are used to study the Anji International Kindergarten in Wuhan. Air Force Blue Sky Kindergarten, Little Red Riding Hood Kindergarten, Poly Kindergarten, Sunshine Bujia Kindergarten 5 Kindergarten's Kindergarten Basketball Teaching Resources (mainly include: teacher resources, teaching content resources, The field investigation and analysis of the basketball court facilities resources, the understanding of the actual situation of the kindergarten, The following conclusions are drawn from the utilization and development of kindergarten basketball teaching resources: teachers take an active part in the discussion of preschool sports activities, attach importance to children's physical health, and carry out research on the subject of infant basketball. Encouraging the development of high-quality teaching, but the knowledge of young children basketball is weak, the teaching concept is vague. 2. In the development and utilization of teaching content resources: the development and utilization of teaching content resources mainly refer to relevant books and the Internet, lack of independent development, The teaching content lacks the knowledge of basketball games and entertainment needed by children. Teachers rely too much on book content and do not design and develop teaching contents according to students' actual conditions. Lack of innovation and design ability in teaching content of infant basketball. In the aspect of development and utilization of teaching facilities resources, there are abundant resources, spacious space, reasonable layout, but insufficient use of time. There is no reasonable use of basketball equipment in self-made kindergartens, and the development and utilization of basketball textbooks for young children is low. Kindergarten teachers pay less attention to kindergarten basketball teaching materials. The policy environment factors that affect the development and utilization of kindergarten basketball teaching resources mainly include the influence of rules and regulations, the support of education departments and the influence of kindergarten rules and regulations. The development of kindergarten basketball teaching is closely related to the hardware resources of kindergarten, the software resources of kindergarten determine the long-term development of infant basketball, the level of understanding of kindergarten leadership facing basketball teaching, Teachers' research on basketball teaching affects the development of young children's basketball teaching resources, and as the main body of learning, their attitude determines the survival and development of young children's basketball.
