【摘要】：近年來,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化一體化格局的形成,為提高國民文化實(shí)力,提升國家競爭力,各行各業(yè)對于雙語人才的需求日益增多。本著教育應(yīng)從娃娃抓起的理念,幼兒雙語教學(xué)受到越來越多的重視。雖然國內(nèi)興起幼兒雙語教育的熱潮,但是大多數(shù)幼兒教師和家長對于如何正確培養(yǎng)幼兒雙語教育這一現(xiàn)實(shí)問題并不能完好地進(jìn)行。本文以山東省聊城市幼兒園為研究對象,對幼兒雙語教育進(jìn)行了分析研究。在結(jié)構(gòu)上文章分為三章:第一章為幼兒雙語教育的概念、理論支持、研究現(xiàn)狀以及選題依據(jù)和意義。第二章主要進(jìn)行了具體的調(diào)查研究,選取了聊城市開展雙語教學(xué)的幼兒園為研究對象,比較分析了各個(gè)幼兒園雙語教學(xué)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)介紹了調(diào)查實(shí)施的過程。第三章是本文占據(jù)篇幅最多的一部分,對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了較詳細(xì)的分析,包括對幼兒雙語課程開設(shè)情況的分析、家長以及幼兒園對幼兒雙語教育的分析、以及幼兒雙語教育效果的分析等等。筆者通過研讀大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以及結(jié)合實(shí)地調(diào)查研究結(jié)果分析,認(rèn)為:目前國內(nèi)幼兒雙語教學(xué)仍處于初級階段,各方面的設(shè)施還不夠完備,師資力量以及教授方式都有待提高。想要幼兒雙語教育有更大地提高,社會應(yīng)該提高對幼兒雙語教育的認(rèn)識,政府部門應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)對雙語教育的管理,加大資金投入,完善研究機(jī)構(gòu),聊城市應(yīng)加快公立幼兒園建設(shè)速度,以解決幼兒英語教師資源問題,教師和家長在對幼兒進(jìn)行雙語教育時(shí)要結(jié)合幼兒發(fā)育特點(diǎn)保護(hù)好幼兒的聽覺系統(tǒng)、發(fā)音器官以及幼兒大腦,同時(shí)應(yīng)該采用正確的授課方法,使幼兒雙語教育取得最大效果,提高幼兒的各項(xiàng)能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the formation of the global economy and cultural integration pattern, in order to improve the national cultural strength and enhance the national competitiveness, the demand for bilingual talents in various industries is increasing day by day. Bilingual education for young children is receiving more and more attention. Although the upsurge of bilingual education in China, However, most kindergarten teachers and parents do not carry out the practical problem of how to train bilingual education properly. This paper takes Liaocheng Kindergarten in Shandong Province as the research object. The structure of the article is divided into three chapters: the first chapter is the concept of bilingual education, theoretical support, research status, and the basis and significance of the topic. This paper selects the kindergartens in Liaocheng city to carry out bilingual teaching, compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of bilingual teaching in each kindergarten, and focuses on the process of carrying out the investigation. The third chapter is the most important part of this paper. The results of the investigation are analyzed in detail, including the analysis of bilingual curriculum for young children, the analysis of parents and kindergartens on bilingual education for young children. Through reading a large number of relevant documents and analyzing the results of field investigation, the author thinks that the bilingual teaching of young children in China is still in the primary stage at present, and the facilities in all aspects are not complete enough. Teachers and teaching methods need to be improved. In order to improve bilingual education for young children, society should enhance the understanding of bilingual education for young children, and government departments should strengthen the management of bilingual education and increase the investment of funds. To perfect the research institutions, Liaocheng should speed up the construction of public kindergartens in order to solve the problem of English teachers' resources. Teachers and parents should take into account the characteristics of children's development to protect their hearing system. At the same time, the correct teaching method should be adopted in order to achieve the maximum effect of bilingual education and improve the ability of children.
