【摘要】:正中班開學不久,在年級組開展教研活動時,針對中班幼兒的年齡特點和值日生管理現(xiàn)狀,有教師提出開展中班值日生主題活動,針對中班年齡特點探討如何更好地開展值日生活動,讓"值日生制"的推行真正成為促進幼兒共同發(fā)展的好機制。于是,在年級組長的帶領下,有了以下的實踐。一、中班值日生來啦——了解值日生工作內容(一)問題中班幼兒理解能力有限,值日生這一個新名詞對于他們來說是陌生的。值日生是什么意思?
