【摘要】:午睡是幼兒一日生活活動中的重要環(huán)節(jié),是對幼兒夜間睡眠時間的一種補(bǔ)充。日常生活中,確保幼兒充足的午睡時間和高質(zhì)的午睡質(zhì)量,對幼兒身高發(fā)育、注意力、記憶力等方面的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。午睡對幼兒如此重要,但在幼兒園午睡環(huán)節(jié)的實(shí)際觀察中卻發(fā)現(xiàn)幼兒午睡存在著很多問題。如幼兒入睡困難、不良睡眠習(xí)慣。午睡本該是幼兒放松的環(huán)節(jié),,卻因?yàn)榉N種問題,讓幼兒、家長和教師很苦惱,幼兒在園的午睡問題也成了家長和教師最關(guān)心的問題。立足實(shí)踐需要,解決實(shí)際問題,本人將幼兒在園午睡困難問題作為畢業(yè)論文的研究課題。 本研究采用個案干預(yù)的方法,選定一名存在典型午睡困難問題的幼兒作為研究對象。根據(jù)研究對象所存在的午睡困難問題,制定干預(yù)方案。該干預(yù)方案,主要運(yùn)用音樂放松催眠方法,同時,結(jié)合其他方法,如繪畫療法、家長指導(dǎo)等對幼兒午睡困難問題進(jìn)行干預(yù)。依據(jù)該干預(yù)方案,對研究對象存在的午睡困難問題進(jìn)行為期4周的干預(yù),并對其干預(yù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。干預(yù)后結(jié)果顯示:個案在園午睡困難問題得到有效改善,午睡睡眠時間延長、不良睡眠習(xí)慣減少、睡眠質(zhì)量提高;個案心理狀態(tài)改變,下午活動表現(xiàn)更加積極。同時,幼兒教師、家長對待幼兒午睡的態(tài)度觀念也發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)變。 最后,在該個案干預(yù)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出解決幼兒午睡困難問題的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:It is an important part of children's life activities in one day, is a supplement to the children sleep at night time. In daily life, to ensure adequate children's nap time and high quality nap quality, attention to children's physical development, development has important significance in memory and so on. It is so important for young children, but the actual observation in kindergarten nap links found in children's nap. There are a lot of problems such as child sleep difficulties, poor sleep habits. This is the children's relaxing nap links, but because of various problems, let the children, very distressed parents and teachers, the children in the garden of the nap problems also become parents and teachers are most concerned about based on the practical problems. To solve practical problems, I will children as the graduation thesis in the garden nap problems.
This research adopts methods of case intervention, selected a typical nap problem children as the research object. According to the difficult problems of nap of the research object, the intervention. The intervention program, the main use of music relaxation hypnosis method, at the same time, he combined with the methods, such as painting therapy, parents guidance to intervene children's nap problems. On the basis of the intervention program, the study object of the existence of difficult nap for 4 weeks of intervention, and the intervention intervention were analyzed. The results showed that: the case has been effectively improved in the garden nap nap sleep problems, time, reduce the bad sleep habits, improve the quality of sleep; psychological case state changes, afternoon activities more positive performance. At the same time, teachers, parents treat their children's nap attitudes have changed.
Finally, on the basis of the case intervention study, some suggestions are put forward to solve the problem of young children's nap.
