【摘要】：香港教育局在2006年頒布的《學前教育課程指引》中明確提出幼兒園教師應為幼兒建立學習歷程檔案。迄今香港幼兒園推行學習歷程檔案已有兩年,可是很多幼兒園教師只是將一堆幼兒學習的文件和資料記錄下來而已,忽略了建立學習歷程檔案的目的,同時在建立此檔案的過程中存在跟進、幼兒與家長參與等方面的不足。應裁剪課程以為教師提供更多時間用于檔案的建立;應鼓勵教師吸引幼兒與家長參與;應為教師提供相關的培訓與交流機會,以深化和提高他們對建立學習歷程檔案意義的理念認識與實踐能力。
[Abstract]:The guidelines for preschool education curriculum of Hongkong Education Bureau in 2006 promulgated the "clearly put forward the kindergarten teachers should establish a learning portfolio for children. Hongkong has implemented kindergarten learning portfolio for two years, but a lot of kindergarten teachers will be just a bunch of children learning documents and the information recorded only, ignoring the establishment of learning process for archival purposes, at the same time in the process of establishing the file exists in the follow-up, lack of children and parents to participate in other aspects. That should cutting course teachers to provide more time for the establishment of archives; teachers should be encouraged to attract children and parents' participation; should provide opportunities for teachers training and communication, to deepen and improve their ability to establish the concept of knowledge and practice a portfolio of meaning.
