【摘要】:幼兒園教師問(wèn)題關(guān)注是指幼兒園教師在幼兒園的教育教學(xué)工作中最關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。傾聽(tīng)認(rèn)識(shí)她們最關(guān)心的問(wèn)題,了解幼兒園教師的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,有利于有針對(duì)性的幫助幼兒園教師提高自身專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究以探討幼兒園教師問(wèn)題關(guān)注的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)及其影響因素為主要目的,采用張世義的幼兒園教師關(guān)注問(wèn)卷作為問(wèn)卷調(diào)查工具,對(duì)天津市六個(gè)區(qū)的8所幼兒園的幼兒園教師共發(fā)放問(wèn)卷220份,進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,并結(jié)合訪談,分析得出幼兒園教師問(wèn)題關(guān)注的特點(diǎn)及其影響因素,然后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合所學(xué)知識(shí)以及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的查閱,為促進(jìn)幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展提出相應(yīng)的建議,以更好的促進(jìn)幼兒園教師專業(yè)發(fā)展。本研究結(jié)果表明:(一)幼兒園教師問(wèn)題關(guān)注在與成人關(guān)系關(guān)注、管理與政策關(guān)注、教學(xué)關(guān)注、幼兒關(guān)注、自我關(guān)注五類問(wèn)題關(guān)注上均有較高關(guān)注,呈現(xiàn)總體水平偏高的特點(diǎn)。(二)不同年齡、教齡、專業(yè)、職稱的幼兒園教師在五類問(wèn)題關(guān)注上均沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義上的顯著差異。(三)不同進(jìn)修學(xué)歷的幼兒園教師在自我關(guān)注上得分差異顯著,進(jìn)修本科和研究生以上學(xué)歷的幼兒園教師比進(jìn)修大專的幼兒園教師對(duì)自我關(guān)注程度明顯升高,表明進(jìn)修培訓(xùn)有助于提高幼兒園教師自我專業(yè)發(fā)展。(四)不同年齡段班級(jí)的幼兒園教師在管理與政策關(guān)注具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義上的顯著差異,與小小班的幼兒園教師相比,小中大班的幼兒園教師對(duì)管理與政策關(guān)注明顯升高。(五)不同幼兒園屬地、類型的幼兒園教師在教學(xué)關(guān)注上得分差異顯著。顯著性主要體現(xiàn)在與所在幼兒園為市郊、民辦的幼兒園教師相比,所在幼兒園為市區(qū)、公辦的幼兒園教師對(duì)教學(xué)關(guān)注度明顯升高。(六)幼兒園教師問(wèn)題關(guān)注覆蓋廣,變化復(fù)雜,在問(wèn)卷統(tǒng)計(jì)和訪談的對(duì)比中存在"應(yīng)然"和"實(shí)然"的沖突矛盾。(七)幼兒園教師問(wèn)題關(guān)注受個(gè)人因素、組織制度因素、工作環(huán)境因素、社會(huì)因素等因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Kindergarten teachers concern is the most concerned about kindergarten teachers in the teaching work of kindergarten. Listen to understand their most concerned issues, understand the actual needs of kindergarten teachers. In order to help kindergarten teachers to improve their own professional development. This study focuses on the current situation, characteristics and influencing factors of kindergarten teachers' concern. Using Zhang Shiyi's kindergarten teachers' attention questionnaire as a questionnaire tool, 220 kindergarten teachers in 8 kindergartens in six districts of Tianjin were given out questionnaires, which were investigated and studied, and combined with interviews. The characteristics of kindergarten teachers' concern and their influencing factors are analyzed. Then according to the research results, combined with the knowledge learned and the reference of relevant literature, the author puts forward corresponding suggestions for the promotion of kindergarten teachers' professional development. In order to better promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers. The results of this study show that the attention of kindergarten teachers concerns in the relationship with adults, management and policy concerns, teaching concerns, child care. The five types of self-concern concern have higher concern, showing the overall high level of characteristics. (2) different ages, teaching years, professional. Professional titles of kindergarten teachers in the five categories of concern there is no statistically significant difference. (3) the kindergarten teachers with different academic qualifications have significant differences in self-concern. The degree of self-concern of kindergarten teachers with undergraduate and graduate degrees was significantly higher than that with post-secondary education. It shows that further training is helpful to improve the self-professional development of kindergarten teachers. (4) there are significant differences in management and policy concerns among kindergarten teachers of different age groups. Compared with kindergarten teachers in small, middle and large classes, kindergarten teachers in small, middle and large classes pay more attention to management and policy. (5) different kindergarten dependencies. The type of kindergarten teachers have significant differences in teaching concerns. The significance is mainly reflected in the kindergarten is suburban, private kindergarten teachers, where the kindergarten is the urban area. The public kindergarten teachers pay more attention to the teaching. (6) the kindergarten teachers pay attention to a wide range of issues, complex changes. In the comparison of questionnaire statistics and interviews, there are conflicts between "ought" and "real". (7) kindergarten teachers pay attention to personal factors, organizational system factors, work environment factors. The influence of factors such as social factors.
