【摘要】:教師具備良好的幽默感,不僅有助于調(diào)整自身專業(yè)心態(tài),充分應(yīng)對(duì)專業(yè)實(shí)踐中的各種問(wèn)題,而且對(duì)于有效地組織課堂教學(xué),營(yíng)造和諧的課堂氛圍,為兒童提供良好的情感和發(fā)展支持具有重要意義。由于教學(xué)藝術(shù)和教學(xué)幽默之間存在著緊密的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,因此幼兒教師可以通過(guò)在教學(xué)中進(jìn)行教育價(jià)值追問(wèn)和反思,在師幼互動(dòng)中努力構(gòu)建平等的師幼交往關(guān)系,以及在行動(dòng)研究中積累和升華教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)等途徑逐步培養(yǎng)幽默感。
[Abstract]:Teachers have a good sense of humor, which not only helps adjust their professional mentality, but also fully answers all kinds of problems in professional practice. It also has great significance for effectively organizing classroom teaching, creating a harmonious classroom atmosphere, and providing good emotional and developmental support for children. Because the inner relationship between teaching art and teaching humor, so teachers can through the educational value of inquiry and reflection in teaching, and strive to build the equal communication between teacher and child relationship in the interaction between teachers and children, as well as in action research teaching experience accumulation and sublimation and gradually develop a sense of humor.
