【摘要】：在現(xiàn)有的研究生培養(yǎng)機制中,政府、高校、導師和研究生四者之間存在著委托代理關系。在委托代理過程中存在的問題影響了研究生培養(yǎng)質量。文章基于委托代理視角分析了現(xiàn)行研究生導師制度中出現(xiàn)的各種委托代理問題,并提出相應的改革措施。
[Abstract]:In the existing graduate training mechanism, there is a principal-agent relationship among the government, colleges and universities, mentors and graduate students. The problems existing in the process of principal-agent affect the quality of graduate training. Based on the principal-agent perspective, this paper analyzes all kinds of principal-agent problems in the current graduate tutor system, and puts forward the corresponding reform measures.
