【摘要】：博士生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)是工程科研院所研究生教育的重要組成部分,直接影響博士生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。本研究通過問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析和比較分析等方法,構(gòu)建工程科研院所博士生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍的學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)、學(xué)緣結(jié)構(gòu)、師生比例結(jié)構(gòu)、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷結(jié)構(gòu)、指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)晗藿Y(jié)構(gòu)等六大指標(biāo),分析、闡述了工程科研院所博士生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍在學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)、國(guó)外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷結(jié)構(gòu)等方面具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)及在學(xué)緣結(jié)構(gòu)、師生比例結(jié)構(gòu)、年齡結(jié)構(gòu)、指導(dǎo)經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)晗藿Y(jié)構(gòu)等方面存在的不足,提出了工程科研院所博士生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的主要發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:The construction of doctoral supervisor team is an important part of graduate education in engineering research institutes, which directly affects the training quality of doctoral students. By means of questionnaire survey, data analysis and comparative analysis, this study constructs the degree structure, the structure of the academic relationship, the structure of the ratio of teachers and students, the age structure, and the structure of foreign learning experience of the faculty of doctoral students in engineering research institutes. Based on the analysis of six indexes, such as the structure of experience years and so on, this paper expounds the advantages of the teaching staff of doctoral students in engineering research institutes in the aspects of degree structure, foreign learning experience structure, and so on, as well as in the structure of academic circle, the structure of the ratio of teachers and students, and the structure of age. This paper puts forward the main development strategies for the construction of the faculty of doctoral students in engineering research institutes due to the shortcomings in the structure of guiding experience years and so on.
