【摘要】：新時(shí)期國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展、學(xué)術(shù)文化事業(yè)的繁榮對(duì)高層次人才的綜合性能力與創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)提出了新的更高的要求,研究生教育必須與時(shí)俱進(jìn),不斷更新觀念,在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的指導(dǎo)下,加快研究生教育教學(xué)改革的步伐,使研究生教育凸顯其鮮明的個(gè)性,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新型研究生培育的順利發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the development of national economy and society in the new period and the prosperity of academic and cultural undertakings, the comprehensive ability and innovative quality of high-level talents are required to be higher and higher. Graduate education must keep pace with the times and constantly renew the concept. Under the guidance of the scientific concept of development, we should speed up the reform of postgraduate education and make the graduate education highlight its distinctive personality, thus promoting the smooth development of the cultivation of innovative graduate students.
