【摘要】：我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育發(fā)展很快,但人才培養(yǎng)模式存在"理論化"色彩濃厚的特點(diǎn),主要表現(xiàn)為在"入口"重視對(duì)理論知識(shí)的考察、培養(yǎng)過(guò)程重視理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),以及"出口"重視對(duì)理論知識(shí)的考核。建立學(xué)研產(chǎn)相結(jié)合、"應(yīng)用性"特征突出的專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育人才培養(yǎng)模式,可以從更新教育理念、改革管理制度和整合各種資源等角度著手。
[Abstract]:The development of graduate education for professional degree in our country is very fast, but the talent training mode has the characteristic of "theorizing", which is mainly manifested in the emphasis on the investigation of theoretical knowledge and the study of theoretical knowledge in the process of cultivation, and in the process of cultivation, the study of theoretical knowledge is emphasized. And "export" attaches importance to the assessment of theoretical knowledge. To establish a training mode for professional graduate students with the characteristics of "application" and combination of learning, research and production, we can start from the angles of renewing the educational idea, reforming the management system and integrating all kinds of resources.
