【摘要】：以中國人民大學(xué)"EMBA中國實踐管理教育項目(CMPM)"為例,探討了基于反思性實踐的專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育。通過借鑒明茨伯格IMPM項目思想,CMPM以五種管理心態(tài)為基礎(chǔ),通過基于反思的學(xué)習(xí)和基于反思的實踐,架構(gòu)"知"與"行"、理論世界與現(xiàn)實世界之間的橋梁,并為其他以實踐為中心的專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育改革提供新思路和新方向。
[Abstract]:Taking "EMBA China practical Management Education Project (CMPM)" as an example, this paper discusses the graduate education of professional degree based on reflective practice. By drawing lessons from Minzberg's IMPM project, CMPM is based on five kinds of management mentality. Through introspection-based learning and reflective practice, CMPM constructs a bridge between "knowledge" and "action", between the theoretical world and the real world. It also provides new ideas and new direction for other professional degree graduate education reform centered on practice.
