【摘要】：目的:為提高我國(guó)的藥學(xué)教育質(zhì)量提供參考。方法:以近年來國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)以及一些美國(guó)高等院校藥學(xué)院官方網(wǎng)站的信息為依據(jù),對(duì)美國(guó)高等院校藥學(xué)院選擇和錄取藥學(xué)博士研究生的要求和方法進(jìn)行介紹,總結(jié)其相關(guān)特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:近10年來美國(guó)的藥學(xué)教育發(fā)展較快,為了保證藥師的質(zhì)量,美國(guó)高等院校藥學(xué)院很重視對(duì)于藥學(xué)博士研究生的選擇和錄取,各高等院校藥學(xué)院通過藥學(xué)院入學(xué)考試成績(jī)、大學(xué)平均成績(jī)了解申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)術(shù)能力和潛力,通過申請(qǐng)者的推薦信、個(gè)人陳述、參加課外活動(dòng)情況了解申請(qǐng)者的的他人和自我評(píng)價(jià)及社會(huì)活動(dòng)能力;再根據(jù)上述材料評(píng)估和比較申請(qǐng)者情況,按照一定的比例選擇和安排申請(qǐng)者面試,以了解申請(qǐng)者的口頭表達(dá)和交流能力等。面試后最終由藥學(xué)院錄取委員會(huì)作出決定。與我國(guó)相比,美國(guó)高等院校藥學(xué)院選擇藥學(xué)博士研究生的過程比較全面,重視申請(qǐng)者在分?jǐn)?shù)之外的綜合能力,已經(jīng)形成了一套比較完整的體系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for improving the quality of pharmaceutical education in China. Methods: based on the relevant literature in recent years and the information on the official websites of the pharmacology colleges of American colleges and universities, the requirements and methods of selecting and admitting Ph.D. students in the pharmacological schools of American colleges and universities were introduced. Summarize its related characteristics. Results & conclusion: pharmaceutical education in the United States has developed rapidly in the past 10 years. In order to ensure the quality of pharmacists, the Pharmacy College of American colleges and universities attaches great importance to the selection and admission of Ph.D. students in pharmacy. Through the entrance examination results of pharmacology colleges and universities, the average results of the universities understand the academic ability and potential of the applicants, and through the letters of recommendation of the applicants, personal statements are made. Participate in extracurricular activities to learn about the applicant's other people and self-evaluation and social activities ability; Then evaluate and compare the applicant according to the above materials, select and arrange the interview according to certain proportion, to understand the applicant's oral expression and communication ability, etc. After the interview, the final decision is made by the admission Committee of the College of Pharmacy. Compared with our country, the process of selecting Ph.D. students in pharmacology colleges and universities in the United States is relatively comprehensive, and the comprehensive ability of applicants beyond the score has been paid more attention to, which has formed a relatively complete system.
