【摘要】：介紹了北京航空航天大學(xué)在研究生創(chuàng)新基地建設(shè)中的做法,通過(guò)科學(xué)規(guī)劃、整合資源,建設(shè)了創(chuàng)新培育平臺(tái)和創(chuàng)新研究平臺(tái),結(jié)合多項(xiàng)專項(xiàng)基金建立了研究生創(chuàng)新的激勵(lì)保障機(jī)制。同時(shí)說(shuō)明了研究生創(chuàng)新基地的建設(shè)模式和取得的成效,分析了現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題并提出解決思路。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the practice of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in the construction of postgraduate innovation base. Through scientific planning and integration of resources, the innovation cultivation platform and innovation research platform are built. Combined with a number of special funds to establish a graduate innovation incentive and security mechanism. At the same time, it explains the construction mode and achievement of graduate innovation base, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some solutions.
