【摘要】：構(gòu)建積極有效的心理支持系統(tǒng)對(duì)于研究生的成長發(fā)展和思想政治教育具有十分重要的意義。目前研究生心理支持系統(tǒng)存在的問題有:對(duì)其認(rèn)知理解不足,建立心理支持系統(tǒng)的渠道不足,其利用程度不足。為此,就要從三方面來構(gòu)建該系統(tǒng),一是提高重視程度,積極培育全員心育的環(huán)境;二要搭建支持平臺(tái),努力拓寬溝通系統(tǒng)的渠道;三是建立長效機(jī)制,全面構(gòu)筑心理成長的屏障。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to construct a positive and effective psychological support system for the development of graduate students and ideological and political education. At present, the problems of psychological support system for graduate students are as follows: lack of cognitive understanding, lack of channels to establish psychological support system and insufficient utilization of it. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the system from three aspects, one is to improve the degree of attention, actively cultivate the environment of psychological education of the whole staff, the other is to build a support platform and try to broaden the channels of communication system. The third is to establish long-term mechanism and build the barrier of psychological growth in an all-round way.
