【摘要】：為了解住院醫(yī)師在規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)期間申請(qǐng)?jiān)诼氀芯可鷮W(xué)位的需求現(xiàn)狀,健全和完善住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)制度,文章結(jié)合當(dāng)前國家對(duì)醫(yī)療改革的政策,通過制定相關(guān)調(diào)查問卷,對(duì)參加規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的住院醫(yī)師申請(qǐng)?jiān)诼氀芯可逃男枨蟋F(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)住院醫(yī)師對(duì)規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)期間申請(qǐng)?jiān)诼氀芯可鷮W(xué)位的培養(yǎng)模式認(rèn)同度比較高,并就調(diào)查結(jié)果分析了住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)與在職研究生教育對(duì)接培養(yǎng)模式的可行性。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the demand of resident doctors to apply for in-service graduate degree during the standardized training period, and to perfect and perfect the standardized training system for resident doctors, this paper, in combination with the current national policy on medical reform, made a questionnaire. Based on the investigation and analysis of the demand of resident doctors to apply for in-service graduate education, it is found that residents have a high degree of recognition of the training mode of applying for in-service graduate degree during the standardized training. On the basis of the investigation results, the feasibility of the docking training model of resident physician standardized training and on-the-job graduate education was analyzed.
