【摘要】： 近年來(lái)，我國(guó)研究生的招生規(guī)模在不斷擴(kuò)大，為了保證質(zhì)量，有必要借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，改革我國(guó)的研究生教育管理體制。 本研究選擇了美國(guó)、日本、英國(guó)、法國(guó)、德國(guó)和俄羅斯六個(gè)國(guó)家，從醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)位制度這個(gè)側(cè)面，比較了這六國(guó)在研究生的招生、培養(yǎng)和學(xué)位授予等方面的特點(diǎn)，提出了幾條措施：強(qiáng)化醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)位教育與特定崗位任職資格的聯(lián)系的制度；大力發(fā)展多種形式的研究生教育的制度；加強(qiáng)課程建設(shè)，建立起課程、科研、實(shí)踐一體化的體系；擴(kuò)大多渠道籌措資金的制度，解脫現(xiàn)代研究生教育困境；建立和完善研究生教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)督和評(píng)估制度；調(diào)整專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)科設(shè)置，實(shí)施寬口徑培育研究生的制度，為國(guó)家學(xué)位委員會(huì)、衛(wèi)生行業(yè)和地方高等教育行政主管部門(mén)制定有關(guān)政策提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the enrollment scale of graduate students in our country is constantly expanding. In order to ensure the quality, it is necessary to learn from the experience of developed countries and reform the management system of graduate education in our country. In this study, six countries, the United States, Japan, Britain, France, Germany and Russia, were selected to compare the characteristics of graduate student enrollment, training and degree award from the aspect of medical degree system. Several measures are proposed: strengthening the system of connection between medical degree education and specific post qualifications, vigorously developing the system of various forms of postgraduate education, strengthening curriculum construction, establishing a system of integration of curriculum, scientific research and practice; To expand the system of raising funds through multiple channels, to extricate the plight of modern graduate education, to establish and improve the system of supervision and evaluation of the quality of graduate education, to adjust the setting of professional disciplines, and to implement the system of cultivating graduate students in a wide range of fields, so as to serve as the National degree Committee. Health industry and local higher education administrative departments to formulate relevant policies to provide the basis.
