【摘要】：20世紀(jì)初以來,美國博士教育完成轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化,美國博士教育的目的從發(fā)現(xiàn)新知識轉(zhuǎn)向提升實(shí)踐能力;結(jié)構(gòu)從學(xué)術(shù)型學(xué)位為主轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷W(xué)術(shù)型學(xué)位和專業(yè)型學(xué)位并舉,并以專業(yè)型為主體;培養(yǎng)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)了從學(xué)術(shù)本位到綜合能力本位的轉(zhuǎn)型。轉(zhuǎn)型后的美國博士教育更好地支撐了美國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展。我國博士教育也在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的過程中,需要根據(jù)社會發(fā)展?fàn)顩r重新定位博士教育,審時度勢地設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)博士布局。我國需要積極發(fā)展專業(yè)博士教育,改變博士教育目的、結(jié)構(gòu)和培養(yǎng)模式,并做好質(zhì)量保障體系的建設(shè)工作。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 20 th century, American doctoral education has completed transformation and development. With the change of industrial structure and employment structure, the purpose of American doctorate education has changed from discovering new knowledge to improving practical ability, the structure has changed from academic degree to academic degree and professional degree. The training mode has realized the transformation from academic standard to comprehensive ability standard. After the transition, American doctoral education has better supported the economic and social development of the United States. In the process of transformation and development of doctoral education in China, it is necessary to reorient the doctoral education according to the social development conditions and to design the layout of professional doctorate according to the situation. China needs to actively develop professional doctoral education, change the purpose, structure and training mode of doctoral education, and do a good job in the construction of quality assurance system.
