【摘要】：在科學(xué)技術(shù)突飛猛進(jìn),知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)占據(jù)時(shí)代主流的形勢(shì)下,日趨激烈的國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)就是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。研究生教育承擔(dān)著為國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)培養(yǎng)高端人才的重要任務(wù),大力發(fā)展研究生教育、提升研究生綜合素質(zhì)是提高人才質(zhì)量的重要手段。在此背景下,設(shè)計(jì)合理的研究生綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系,搭建研究生綜合能力提升的助力平臺(tái),對(duì)于提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要意義。文章首先根據(jù)研究生教育理論和培養(yǎng)實(shí)踐對(duì)構(gòu)建綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的必要性和可行性進(jìn)行分析,基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論確定評(píng)價(jià)方法和指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)高校研究生培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查并獲取有效數(shù)據(jù),建立綜合素質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià)模型,運(yùn)用該模型對(duì)研究生綜合素質(zhì)進(jìn)行評(píng)分,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)以素質(zhì)評(píng)分促質(zhì)量提高,以等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)促方法改進(jìn)的研究目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the knowledge economy occupying the mainstream of the times, the increasingly fierce competition of national strength is the competition of talents. Postgraduate education undertakes the important task of cultivating high-end talents for the modernization of our country. It is an important means to improve the quality of talents to develop graduate education and improve the comprehensive quality of postgraduates. Under this background, it is of great significance to design a reasonable evaluation system of graduate students' comprehensive quality and build a platform to promote the comprehensive ability of graduate students. Firstly, according to the theory and practice of graduate education, the necessity and feasibility of constructing comprehensive quality evaluation system are analyzed, and the evaluation method and index system are determined based on fuzzy mathematics theory. This paper investigates the present situation of postgraduate training in colleges and universities, obtains effective data, establishes a comprehensive quality evaluation model, and points out the comprehensive quality of graduate students by using this model in order to improve the quality by quality scoring. The purpose of this study is to improve the method by grade evaluation.
