【摘要】：在關(guān)于博士就業(yè)的研究中,人們把目光更多地集中在博士是否以及如何在傳統(tǒng)的就業(yè)部門(大學(xué))工作上。但在知識生產(chǎn)模式轉(zhuǎn)型的背景下,各國配置大量資源增強(qiáng)國家創(chuàng)新能力,更值得關(guān)注的是博士作為國家主要的科研勞動力是否以及如何在研究型崗位上實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)發(fā)展和貢獻(xiàn)。本文討論了知識生產(chǎn)模式轉(zhuǎn)型對研究型職業(yè)生涯以及博士勞動力市場的影響和內(nèi)在要求,通過基于OECD博士學(xué)位獲得者職業(yè)發(fā)展項(xiàng)目和中國農(nóng)科博士職業(yè)發(fā)展調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)對比,從崗位類型角度探討我國博士職業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而提出促進(jìn)我國博士職業(yè)發(fā)展、增強(qiáng)國家科研實(shí)力的建議。
[Abstract]:In the study of Ph. D. employment, more attention has been focused on whether and how PhDs work in the traditional employment sector. However, under the background of the transformation of knowledge production mode, countries allocate a lot of resources to enhance the national innovation ability. What is more worth paying attention to is whether and how to realize the professional development and contribution of doctoral as the main scientific research labor force in the country. This paper discusses the impact of knowledge production model transformation on research career and the labor market of Ph.D., and compares the data based on the career Development Project of OECD Ph.D. recipients and the Survey data of Chinese Agricultural Ph.D.'s career Development. This paper probes into the status quo of doctoral career development in China from the angle of post type, and then puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of doctorate profession in China and strengthening the national scientific research strength.
