【摘要】： 研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量是學位與研究生教育的生命線，如何保證研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量，提高學位授予水平，已成為學位與研究生教育的根本問題。因此，根據(jù)各高校的實際情況，建立高校內(nèi)部學位與研究生自我評估制度，區(qū)分學科門類，按學科確定質(zhì)量評價標準，制定科學合理的評估指標體系，開展自我評估工作至關(guān)重要。 本論文依托全國高等教育科學“十五”規(guī)劃重點研究課題《高等學校學科管理體系的研究》和研究生院《學科建設(shè)量化評估系統(tǒng)的研究與實現(xiàn)》項目建設(shè)，針對國內(nèi)該領(lǐng)域發(fā)展中存在著國內(nèi)高校學科自我評估體系尚不健全，以及信息技術(shù)在自我評估中的運用有待發(fā)展的問題，對學位與研究生教育學科自我評估系統(tǒng)進行了研究，并結(jié)合工科院校的特點和實際情況，研究工科院校學科建設(shè)管理及自我評估工作，在理論研究、現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研和專家走訪的基礎(chǔ)上，，依托原有評估指標體系并提出修訂意見。同時運用層次分析法設(shè)計有針對性的調(diào)查問卷，向國務院學位辦及清華大學、北京交通大學、北京郵電大學等工科院校學位與研究生教育學科管理專家及資深教授進行問卷調(diào)查，對采集到的數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析以確定各要素的權(quán)重，并對權(quán)重分配的合理性進行分析論證和專家再調(diào)研，最后，運用信息技術(shù)和教育技術(shù)學教學設(shè)計的理念設(shè)計出一套適用于工科院校的學位與研究生教育學科自我評估系統(tǒng)平臺。希望該研究能對我國高等教育工科院校學位與研究生教育學科自我評估工作的探索和發(fā)展有一定的啟發(fā)和幫助作用。
[Abstract]:The quality of postgraduate training is the lifeline of degree and graduate education. How to guarantee the quality of graduate training and improve the degree of degree awarding has become the fundamental problem for the degree and graduate education. Therefore, according to the actual conditions of various colleges and universities, the system of internal degree and postgraduate self-evaluation in Colleges and universities is established to distinguish subjects and determine the quality according to the subject. It is very important to set up a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system and carry out self assessment work.
This paper relies on the key research project of the National Higher Education Science "fifteen", the research on the discipline management system of higher schools and the research and Realization of the research and Realization of the quantitative evaluation system of discipline construction in the graduate school. In self evaluation, the application of the self-assessment system of degree and graduate education is studied. Combining the characteristics and actual conditions of Engineering Colleges and universities, the management of discipline construction and self-assessment of Engineering Colleges and universities is studied. On the basis of theoretical research, current situation investigation and expert visits, it relies on the original evaluation. The index system and the revised opinion were put forward. At the same time, the questionnaire was designed with the analytic hierarchy process. The questionnaire survey was carried out to the degree Office of the State Council, the Tsinghua University, the Beijing Jiaotong University, the Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and the graduate education discipline management experts and senior professors, and the data collected were statistically analyzed. In order to determine the weight of each element, and to analyze the rationality of the weight distribution and the expert re investigation. Finally, a set of self-assessment system for degree and graduate education is designed by using the idea of information technology and educational technology teaching design. It is hoped that this study can be used in the higher education engineering of China. It is of some inspiration and help to explore and develop the self assessment of academic degrees and postgraduate education.
