【摘要】：本文基于我國現(xiàn)有研究生制度的問題討論,分析了國家高層次人才的發(fā)展要求與實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的瓶頸,指出如果按國家特殊需求人才培養(yǎng)意見確定研究生學(xué)位點建設(shè),不僅可以做到高層次急需人才培養(yǎng)的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量的統(tǒng)一,更可在普遍意義上激發(fā)各類高校對培養(yǎng)國家急需人才的積極性。
[Abstract]:Based on the discussion of the current graduate student system in China, this paper analyzes the development requirements and the bottleneck of the realization of the national high-level talents, and points out that if the construction of graduate degree points is determined according to the opinions of cultivating talents with special national needs, It can not only achieve the unity of quantity and quality of talents training in high level, but also stimulate the enthusiasm of all kinds of colleges and universities to train the badly needed talents in our country in general sense.
