從學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)看我國博士研究生的學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)發(fā)展

【摘要】：以學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)為切入點,歸納出我國博士研究生的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為擴(kuò)張、調(diào)整和分化,并通過梳理大學(xué)學(xué)科與學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)的關(guān)系,分析出我國學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)競爭將會愈演愈烈,而博士研究生進(jìn)入學(xué)術(shù)職業(yè)的可能性跟學(xué)科與大學(xué)的依賴程度有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Taking the subject structure as the starting point, the author concludes that the present situation of the development of the doctoral graduate students in our country is expanding, adjusting and differentiating, and through combing the relationship between the university discipline and the academic profession, the author analyzes that the competition of academic profession in our country will become more and more intense. The possibility of doctoral graduates entering academic careers is related to the degree of dependence of the discipline and the university.
