【摘要】： 學(xué)科作為培養(yǎng)研究生和科學(xué)研究的平臺(tái),對高素質(zhì)研究生的培養(yǎng)具有深遠(yuǎn)意義。學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)和學(xué)科水平是學(xué)科建設(shè)的兩個(gè)重要指標(biāo),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化和社會(huì)的發(fā)展,學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)與學(xué)科水平將日益代表研究生教育發(fā)展的合理性與發(fā)展水平。實(shí)踐證明,研究生教育的學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)合理、學(xué)科水平高會(huì)使其培養(yǎng)出的人才更適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需求。 在調(diào)研掌握詳細(xì)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,以內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)研究生教育的學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)和學(xué)科水平為研究重點(diǎn)。全文闡述了內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)研究生教育的概況,重點(diǎn)分析了內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)研究生教育的學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)和學(xué)科水平現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,進(jìn)行了原因分析和對策研究。對策研究部分針對學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)存在問題提出了增加研究生教育二級(jí)學(xué)科,根據(jù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展重點(diǎn)引導(dǎo)研究生教育學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,優(yōu)化研究生教育科類結(jié)構(gòu)等對策;針對學(xué)科水平存在問題提出政府加強(qiáng)對自治區(qū)研究生教育的重視與支持,高校明確學(xué)科定位,加強(qiáng)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科建設(shè),宏觀政策引導(dǎo)、增強(qiáng)自治區(qū)研究生教育競爭力,建立健全學(xué)科的評估機(jī)制等建議。在分析問題的基礎(chǔ)上研究對策,提出了關(guān)于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)研究生教育學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和學(xué)科水平提高的一些思考。
[Abstract]:As a platform for cultivating graduate students and scientific research, discipline is of great significance to the cultivation of high-quality graduate students. Subject structure and discipline level are two important indexes of discipline construction. With the change of economic structure and the development of society, subject structure and level will represent the rationality and development level of graduate education development day by day. The practice proves that the discipline structure of graduate education is reasonable, and the high discipline level will make the talents more suitable for the development of economy. On the basis of investigating and mastering detailed data, this paper focuses on the subject structure and subject level of graduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. This paper expounds the general situation of graduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, emphatically analyzes the subject structure, subject level and existing problems of graduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and makes cause analysis and countermeasure research. In the part of countermeasure research, the author puts forward some countermeasures such as increasing the secondary discipline of graduate education, guiding the adjustment of discipline structure of graduate education according to the emphasis of economic development, and optimizing the structure of the subject of graduate education, aiming at the problems existing in the subject structure. In view of the existing problems in discipline level, the government should strengthen the importance and support of postgraduate education in the autonomous region, make clear the subject orientation, strengthen the construction of key disciplines, strengthen the macro policy guidance, and enhance the competitiveness of postgraduate education in the autonomous region. Set up and perfect the evaluation mechanism of discipline and so on. Based on the analysis of the problems, this paper puts forward some thoughts on the adjustment of the discipline structure and the improvement of the subject level of graduate education in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region.
