【摘要】：王承緒先生培養(yǎng)功底扎實(shí)的專業(yè)人才、視野開闊的國(guó)際人才、學(xué)以致用的經(jīng)世之才、勇于超越的創(chuàng)新人才的研究生理念來源于自身研究生求學(xué)經(jīng)歷、現(xiàn)代研究生教育思想及中國(guó)研究生教育實(shí)踐。在浙江大學(xué)擔(dān)任研究生導(dǎo)師期間,他將上述培養(yǎng)理念付諸實(shí)踐,成為優(yōu)秀研究生導(dǎo)師的模范。他的研究生人才培養(yǎng)理念及實(shí)踐對(duì)當(dāng)今研究生培養(yǎng)模式改革、研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量提升具有重要參考意義。
[Abstract]:Mr. Wang Chengxu has developed solid professional talents, international talents with broad horizons, practical and practical talents, and innovative talents who have the courage to transcend the concept of graduate students from their own graduate school experience. Modern Postgraduate Education thought and Chinese Postgraduate Education practice. As a graduate tutor in Zhejiang University, he put the above ideas into practice and became the model of excellent graduate tutor. His concept and practice of postgraduate training are of great significance to the reform of postgraduate training mode and the improvement of postgraduate training quality.
