【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國高等教育招生規(guī)模在不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí),其教育質(zhì)量的保證就受到了社會(huì)各方面的廣泛關(guān)注。與此同時(shí),市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展也對(duì)高等教育所培養(yǎng)的學(xué)生有著日新月異的需求。面對(duì)這種狀況,過去的高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)方案已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足當(dāng)前市場經(jīng)濟(jì)需求下的多樣性需求。高校培養(yǎng)人才在一定意義上是為了促進(jìn)社會(huì)和學(xué)生的共同進(jìn)步。換言之,如果高校培養(yǎng)的人才不能滿足社會(huì)的需求,可以說這是一種極大的失敗,也在一定程度上會(huì)對(duì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和國家的未來起到極大的阻礙作用。因此我國的高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生現(xiàn)在正面臨極大地挑戰(zhàn)。培養(yǎng)方案的制定是從培養(yǎng)單位培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的一種從源頭上的把控,因此,對(duì)我國高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)方案的研究是具有極其重要的意義的。本文選取了 58所擁有高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)的高校高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)方案作為本研究的樣本。試圖對(duì)現(xiàn)有的高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)方案的合理性進(jìn)行肯定的基礎(chǔ)上,也能夠深入挖掘當(dāng)前高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)方案中存在的不和諧因素;并對(duì)這些不和諧因素存在的根本原因進(jìn)行剖析。在國家教育部相關(guān)的政策上再對(duì)已有的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。對(duì)當(dāng)前這個(gè)階段,樣本中的58所樣本高校的高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生的培養(yǎng)方案中的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)進(jìn)行簡要分析,同時(shí)對(duì)完善我國高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生培養(yǎng)方案提出一些合理建議:第一,各培養(yǎng)單位在制定培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)時(shí)要把用人單位和學(xué)生自身的訴求來定位他們的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo);第二,課程設(shè)置上各培養(yǎng)單位應(yīng)注重選修課與必修課的比例,注重對(duì)實(shí)踐課程的開發(fā),切實(shí)提高學(xué)生的綜合實(shí)踐能力,從而獲得更長遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展;第三,有關(guān)高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生學(xué)習(xí)年限的確定,要結(jié)合我國學(xué)年制發(fā)展的歷史和高等教育學(xué)的專業(yè)屬性和實(shí)際需要來考量;最后質(zhì)量評(píng)估上要加強(qiáng)中期考核力度,加強(qiáng)對(duì)高等教育學(xué)專業(yè)碩士研究生的論文撰寫要求。
[Abstract]:At present, the enrollment scale of higher education in our country is expanding constantly, at the same time, the guarantee of its educational quality has been widely concerned by all aspects of society. At the same time, the development of market economy also has a rapidly changing demand for students trained in higher education. In the face of this situation, the past training programs for graduate students majoring in higher education are far from being able to meet the needs of diversity in the current market economy. Colleges and universities train talents in a sense to promote the common progress of society and students. In other words, if the talents can not meet the needs of the society, it can be said that this is a great failure, but also to a certain extent will play a great role in hindering the development of society and the future of the country. Therefore, the graduate students majoring in higher education in China are now facing a great challenge. The formulation of the training program is a kind of control from the source to train the students from the training unit. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the training program of the master's degree of higher education in our country. In this paper, 58 graduate students majoring in higher education are selected as the sample of this study. On the basis of confirming the rationality of the existing master's training program of higher education, the author can also dig into the disharmonious factors existing in the current training scheme of master's degree in higher education. And analyze the root cause of these disharmonious factors. In the relevant policies of the Ministry of Education to put forward the corresponding measures to solve the existing problems. At this stage, the similarities and differences in the training programs of 58 of the sample universities in higher education major are briefly analyzed. At the same time, the author puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the training program of master's degree in higher education. First, every training unit should set up the training goals of employers and students themselves; second, Each training unit should pay attention to the proportion of elective courses and compulsory courses, pay attention to the development of practical courses, improve the students' comprehensive practical ability, and obtain the long-term development. Regarding the determination of the number of years of study for graduate students majoring in higher education, it is necessary to take into account the history of the development of the academic year system in China and the professional attributes and practical needs of higher education. Finally, in terms of quality assessment, it is necessary to strengthen the strength of mid-term assessment. To strengthen the requirements for the writing of thesis for graduate students majoring in higher education.
