地方高校碩士生課程質(zhì)量保障體系建構(gòu)研究

【摘要】: 二十一世紀(jì),是一個(gè)重視質(zhì)量的時(shí)代。隨著科技的發(fā)展、社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,社會(huì)對(duì)高層次人才的需求更加迫切,我國(guó)也在世紀(jì)之交大力發(fā)展高等教育。近幾年,我國(guó)研究生教育得到了較快發(fā)展,然而在大規(guī)模的擴(kuò)招之后,研究生教育質(zhì)量卻出現(xiàn)下滑趨勢(shì)。如何提高研究生教育質(zhì)量,成為社會(huì)各界關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,也是教育界亟待解決的重大課題之一。課程在整個(gè)教育體系處于中心地位,是教育目標(biāo)的基本實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,是制約研究生教育質(zhì)量的一個(gè)重要的因素。作為研究生教育領(lǐng)域的研究難點(diǎn)之一,研究生課程質(zhì)量保障體系建構(gòu)的研究是一項(xiàng)既有實(shí)踐意義又富有挑戰(zhàn)性的課題。 本論文就是在回應(yīng)上述問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了目前存在較多困惑與問(wèn)題的地方院校作為切入點(diǎn),展開(kāi)了大量充分的調(diào)研。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,作者了解地方院校研究生課程質(zhì)量及其保障體系的現(xiàn)狀,并力圖建構(gòu)一個(gè)相對(duì)全面、科學(xué)、多元的研究生課程質(zhì)量保障體系,以便為地方高校研究生課程建設(shè)提供科學(xué)合理的思路與對(duì)策,促進(jìn)高校自身對(duì)本校研究生課程質(zhì)量進(jìn)行有效的引導(dǎo)、監(jiān)控、評(píng)價(jià),為高校研究生教育質(zhì)量提高提供科學(xué)、有力的課程保障體系。 教育發(fā)展規(guī)律和社會(huì)發(fā)展的宏觀背景,作為論文研究的邏輯依據(jù),得出了建構(gòu)地方高校碩士研究生的課程質(zhì)量保障體系的五個(gè)重要的基本取向。在理論依據(jù)方面,課程編制理論、質(zhì)量管理理論以及當(dāng)代世界終身教育、可持續(xù)發(fā)展教育、教育個(gè)性化的思潮都給作者提供了思考和借鑒的理論依據(jù)。在實(shí)踐依據(jù)方面,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代特征、高等教育大眾化、研究生擴(kuò)招、就業(yè)市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)性供需矛盾是高校外部的實(shí)踐依據(jù);學(xué)科和碩士生兩個(gè)方面是高校內(nèi)部的實(shí)踐因素。根據(jù)這些邏輯依據(jù),推出了地方高校碩士生課程質(zhì)量保障體系的五個(gè)基本取向,即專業(yè)性和通識(shí)性統(tǒng)一、理論性和應(yīng)用性兼顧、統(tǒng)一性與個(gè)適性協(xié)調(diào)、過(guò)程性與終結(jié)性結(jié)合、創(chuàng)新型與可持續(xù)性雙贏。 本論文的撰寫(xiě)建立在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上。作者以廣西九所地方院校為調(diào)研對(duì)象,在大量的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和深入的訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)得到的相關(guān)資料進(jìn)行了整理、分析和總結(jié),歸納出了當(dāng)前地方院校碩士生課程質(zhì)量的現(xiàn)存五大問(wèn)題。即研究生課程目標(biāo)過(guò)于統(tǒng)一化,缺乏個(gè)適性;課程內(nèi)容陳舊,學(xué)科前沿內(nèi)容偏少,聯(lián)系實(shí)際不緊密;課程結(jié)構(gòu)總體不夠科學(xué),存在較大缺失;課程教學(xué)形式以講授為主,不利于學(xué)術(shù)探究能力的培養(yǎng);課程管理的制度不夠科學(xué)和規(guī)范,良性機(jī)制尚未建立。 在明確了碩士生課程質(zhì)量保障體系的基本取向和了解現(xiàn)實(shí)情況的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文重點(diǎn)探討了重點(diǎn)建構(gòu)地方高校研究生課程質(zhì)量保障體系。按課程體系進(jìn)程的不同階段,論文從研究生課程質(zhì)量輸入保障、過(guò)程保障和輸出保障三個(gè)階段來(lái)建構(gòu)。在課程體系的輸入階段,主要是為了搭建課程質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)部體系良好的開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),具體可以通過(guò)確立多元化課程目標(biāo)、優(yōu)化課程設(shè)置的結(jié)構(gòu)、建立健全課程開(kāi)發(fā)體制來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在課程體系的實(shí)施階段,主要是為了實(shí)現(xiàn)課程實(shí)施的良好運(yùn)作與有效控制,可以通過(guò)有效利用課程教學(xué)資源、進(jìn)行個(gè)性化的課程選擇引導(dǎo)、關(guān)注教學(xué)內(nèi)容的前沿性與實(shí)踐性、采用多樣化的教學(xué)形式、加強(qiáng)課程實(shí)施階段制度建設(shè)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在課程體系的輸出階段,地方高校要堅(jiān)持評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容的全面性、評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)間的全程性、評(píng)價(jià)方式的多樣性、評(píng)價(jià)功能的發(fā)展性、評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制的激勵(lì)性,更加完整、真實(shí)、積極地評(píng)價(jià)課程體系,建立良性發(fā)展的課程評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,來(lái)促進(jìn)課程質(zhì)量的提高。總之,通過(guò)在課程輸入、實(shí)施、輸出三個(gè)階段的全程課程保障,來(lái)構(gòu)建地方院校碩士生課程質(zhì)量的保障體系,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)課程體系的良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和質(zhì)量提高,促進(jìn)研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的進(jìn)一步提高。
[Abstract]:In twenty-first Century, it is a time to attach importance to quality. With the development of science and technology and the progress of society, the demand for high-level talents is more urgent. China has also developed higher education at the turn of the century. In recent years, the graduate education in China has developed rapidly. However, after the large-scale expansion of enrollment, the quality of graduate education has appeared. The trend of decline. How to improve the quality of postgraduate education has become one of the most important issues in the community. It is one of the major issues to be solved in the educational circles. The curriculum is in the central position of the whole educational system, is the basic way to realize the educational goal, and is an important factor restricting the quality of graduate education. One of the research difficulties in the field is the study of the construction of the quality assurance system for postgraduate courses, which is both a practical and challenging subject.
On the basis of responding to the above questions, this paper has selected the local colleges and universities which have many puzzles and problems as a breakthrough point and carried out a lot of full research. On the basis of this, the author understands the present situation of the quality of the graduate students' curriculum and its guarantee system in local colleges and universities, and tries to construct a relatively comprehensive, scientific and pluralistic research. In order to provide scientific and rational ideas and Countermeasures for the construction of postgraduate courses in local colleges and universities, the quality guarantee system of the graduate courses will provide a scientific and effective course guarantee system for the improvement of the quality of the graduate students' Education in Colleges and universities.
The law of educational development and the macro background of social development, as the logical basis for the study of the paper, has drawn five important basic orientations for the construction of the quality assurance system for the graduate students of local colleges and universities. In the practice basis, the characteristics of the knowledge economy, the characteristics of the era of knowledge economy, the popularization of the higher education, the enrollment expansion of the graduate students, the contradiction of the structural supply and demand of the employment market are the practical basis for the external practice of the University, and the two aspects of the discipline and the master's students are the practical factors within the University. On the basis of logical basis, five basic orientations of the quality assurance system of local university graduate students are introduced, namely, the unity of professionalism and general knowledge, both the theory and the application, the harmony of unity and suitability, the combination of process and terminative, and the win-win of innovation and sustainability.
On the basis of empirical research, the author takes nine local colleges and universities in Guangxi as the research object. On the basis of a large number of questionnaires and in-depth interviews, the author collated, analyzed and summarized the related data, and summed up the five existing problems of the quality of the students' Curriculum in the current local colleges and universities. The curriculum objectives are too unified and lack of suitability; the course content is obsolete, the subject frontiers are few and the practice is not close; the overall course structure is not scientific and there is a great lack; the teaching form is mainly taught in teaching form, which is not conducive to the cultivation of academic inquiry ability; the system of curriculum management is not scientific and standard, and the benign mechanism has not been established yet.
On the basis of defining the basic orientation and understanding of the reality of the quality assurance system of the master's course, this paper focuses on the emphasis on the construction of the quality assurance system for the graduate students in local colleges and universities. According to the different stages of the course system process, the paper has three stages: the guarantee of the quality of the graduate courses, the guarantee of the process and the guarantee of the output. Construction. In the input stage of the curriculum system, it is mainly to build a good development platform for the internal system of the course quality. It can be realized by establishing the diversified curriculum objectives, optimizing the structure of the curriculum and establishing a sound curriculum development system. The implementation stage of the curriculum system is mainly to realize the good operation of the curriculum implementation. And effective control, through the effective use of curriculum teaching resources, personalized curriculum selection guidance, attention to the frontier and practicality of teaching content, the use of diversified teaching forms, and strengthen the implementation of the curriculum system construction. In the output stage of the curriculum system, local universities should adhere to the comprehensive evaluation content, evaluation The whole course of time, the variety of the evaluation method, the development of the evaluation function, the incentive of the evaluation mechanism, the more complete, the true, the positive evaluation of the curriculum system and the establishment of a benign development course evaluation mechanism to promote the improvement of the course quality. In a word, the whole course guarantee is constructed through the input, implementation and output of the three stages in the course. In order to improve the quality of the curriculum system and improve the quality of postgraduate training, the guarantee system for the quality of postgraduate courses in local colleges and universities can be achieved.
