【摘要】：高校研究生思想政治理論課(以下簡稱"思政課")承擔著傳播黨的創(chuàng)新理論成果、培養(yǎng)研究生社會主義核心價值觀和解決研究生思想困惑、促進研究生健康成長等任務,但是目前高校研究生思政課存在實效性不強的問題,與黨的要求、社會的期望、研究生的健康成長還存在一定的距離。文章采用調(diào)查研究的方法,實證性地考察了黑龍江省高校研究生思政課建設中存在的問題,分析了其中的各種原因,并且提出了進一步解決的對策。通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),高校研究生思政課存在教學規(guī)模不均衡、課程設置和機構設置不規(guī)范、師生比不合理、教學班級過大等問題,解決的辦法是要在全社會營造良好的氛圍和風氣,加強研究生思政課的機構和平臺建設,加強研究生思政課相關制度和機制建設,提高研究生思政課教師隊伍的素質(zhì),加強研究生思政課實踐教學。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political theory course of university graduate students (hereinafter referred to as "ideological and political course") undertakes the tasks of spreading the Party's innovative theoretical achievements, cultivating the socialist core values of graduate students, solving the ideological confusion of graduate students, and promoting the healthy growth of graduate students. However, there is a gap between the actual effect and the requirements of the Party, the expectation of the society and the healthy growth of the postgraduates. By means of investigation and research, this paper empirically investigates the problems existing in the construction of ideological and political courses for graduate students in Heilongjiang Province, analyzes the various reasons for them, and puts forward some countermeasures for further solving them. Through the research, it is found that there are some problems such as unbalanced teaching scale, non-standard curriculum and institutional setting, unreasonable teacher-student ratio, excessive teaching class and so on. The solution is to create a good atmosphere and atmosphere in the whole society. Strengthening the organization and platform construction of the postgraduates' ideological and political course, strengthening the related system and mechanism construction of the postgraduates' ideological and political course, improving the quality of the postgraduates' teachers of the ideological and political course, and strengthening the practical teaching of the postgraduates' ideological and political course.
