研究生《護(hù)理學(xué)》教學(xué)案例庫建設(shè)及應(yīng)用效果研究

【摘要】:目的研究旨在建設(shè)本學(xué)院護(hù)理研究生《護(hù)理學(xué)》教學(xué)所用案例庫,以便教師靈活應(yīng)用多種教學(xué)方法組織教學(xué),加強(qiáng)理論教學(xué)與臨床實(shí)踐的有利結(jié)合;通過對(duì)案例庫中自編案例的教學(xué)應(yīng)用,探索高效的案例應(yīng)用模式;通過案例教學(xué)效果分析,為教師反思課堂效果、改進(jìn)教學(xué)方式、優(yōu)化教學(xué)手段提供意見,為進(jìn)一步開展護(hù)理研究生案例教學(xué)提供依據(jù)。方法采用文獻(xiàn)法、行動(dòng)研究法、量化分析法,在大量搜集國內(nèi)外案例庫建設(shè)資料的基礎(chǔ)上展開案例編寫工作。在借鑒哈佛案例教學(xué)模式的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合國內(nèi)教學(xué)特點(diǎn)、設(shè)計(jì)護(hù)理研究生案例教學(xué)應(yīng)用方案,將自編案例應(yīng)用于實(shí)際教學(xué)。選取4節(jié)青島大學(xué)護(hù)理研究生案例教學(xué)課程,對(duì)課堂錄像進(jìn)行分析,以弗蘭德斯互動(dòng)分析技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)結(jié)合多種評(píng)價(jià)手段對(duì)案例教學(xué)效果進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果1.經(jīng)過兩輪專家討論修改,完成22個(gè)不同類型護(hù)理案例的編寫工作,撰寫《研究生護(hù)理學(xué)案例匯編》教師版和學(xué)生版教學(xué)用書,摸索出一套切實(shí)可行的護(hù)理案例編寫策略。2.確立了一套適合國內(nèi)護(hù)理研究生案例教學(xué)具體實(shí)施方法。3.課堂教學(xué)效果分析中顯示,4節(jié)案例教學(xué)課堂的弗蘭德斯分析結(jié)果顯示學(xué)生語言比率都在50%以上,教師語言比率在48%以下,課堂沉寂在1%以下。S-t分析法中4節(jié)教師行為占有率平均為40%,轉(zhuǎn)換率平均為35.6%,4節(jié)案例教學(xué)內(nèi)容2節(jié)屬于混合型教學(xué)模式,2節(jié)課屬于對(duì)話型教學(xué)模式。問卷調(diào)查中94%的學(xué)生認(rèn)為“更喜歡案例教學(xué)的教學(xué)模式”,95%的學(xué)生表示“案例教學(xué)模式能有效提高課堂效率”,4位教師對(duì)案例教學(xué)方式的教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)較高,對(duì)案例教學(xué)模式認(rèn)可度較好。結(jié)論1.針對(duì)護(hù)理研究生案例教學(xué)開展的案例庫建設(shè)可行性強(qiáng)、科學(xué)性高,在未來的案例教學(xué)中應(yīng)更加注重案例庫的建設(shè)研究。2.具體、合理的組織方案能夠有效提升案例教學(xué)質(zhì)量,護(hù)理研究生案例教學(xué)應(yīng)當(dāng)確立更加科學(xué)化的教學(xué)組織模式。3.從多個(gè)方面開展的案例教學(xué)效果顯示,無論是客觀教學(xué)效果還是主觀師生認(rèn)同度,案例教學(xué)法在護(hù)理研究生教學(xué)中都取得了良好的效果,應(yīng)該被大力推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to construct the case base of nursing graduate students teaching in our college, so that teachers can organize teaching with various teaching methods flexibly and strengthen the beneficial combination of theory teaching and clinical practice. Through the teaching application of the self-compiled cases in the case base, the paper explores the efficient case application mode, through the case teaching effect analysis, provides the advice for the teacher to reflect the classroom effect, to improve the teaching method, to optimize the teaching method. To provide the basis for further developing the case teaching of nursing graduate students. Methods using literature, action research and quantitative analysis, case compilation was carried out on the basis of collecting a large number of data of case base construction at home and abroad. Based on the reference of Harvard case teaching model and combining with the characteristics of domestic teaching, the application scheme of case teaching for nursing graduate students is designed, and the self-compiled cases are applied to practical teaching. Four nursing graduate case teaching courses in Qingdao University were selected and the classroom video was analyzed. Based on the Flanders interactive analysis technology and various evaluation methods, the comprehensive evaluation of the case teaching effect was carried out. Result 1. After two rounds of expert discussion and modification, 22 nursing cases of different types were compiled, and the teaching books of teacher and student edition were written, and a set of feasible nursing case compiling strategies was found out. 2. Established a suit of domestic nursing graduate case teaching specific implementation method. 3. In the analysis of classroom teaching effect, the result of Flanders analysis shows that the students' language ratio is more than 50%, and the teacher's language ratio is less than 48%. In the method of classroom silence below 1%. S-t analysis, the average occupation rate of four teachers is 40, and the average conversion rate is 35.66.The teaching contents of 4 cases belong to the mixed teaching mode and the second lesson belongs to the mode of discourse teaching. In the questionnaire survey, 94% of the students thought that "prefer the teaching mode of case teaching" and 95% of the students said that "the case teaching model can effectively improve the classroom efficiency" and that four teachers had a higher evaluation of the teaching effect of the case teaching method. The recognition of case teaching model is good. Conclusion 1. The case base construction for nursing graduate students is feasible and scientific. In the future case teaching, we should pay more attention to the case database construction research. Concrete and reasonable organization scheme can effectively improve the quality of case teaching and nursing graduate case teaching should establish a more scientific teaching organization mode. The result of case teaching from many aspects shows that both objective teaching effect and subjective teacher and student identity degree, case teaching method has achieved good results in nursing graduate teaching, and should be vigorously popularized.
