【摘要】：研究生創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)是實(shí)施教育部研究生教育創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃的新嘗試,是對(duì)研究生教育創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃現(xiàn)有項(xiàng)目類型的創(chuàng)新,也是強(qiáng)化研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的重要途徑。研究生創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的發(fā)展需要充足的內(nèi)部動(dòng)力、必要的外部條件、科學(xué)合理的支持服務(wù)和激勵(lì)引導(dǎo)機(jī)制,通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)有研究生創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)效率、投入、持續(xù)性等方面的研究,逐步形成以"整合構(gòu)建、支持服務(wù)、考核評(píng)估、激勵(lì)引導(dǎo)"為原則的研究生創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)培育體系。
[Abstract]:The postgraduate innovation team is a new attempt to carry out the graduate education innovation plan of the Ministry of Education, is the innovation to the existing project type of the graduate education innovation plan, and is also the important way to strengthen the graduate student innovation ability cultivation. The development of graduate innovation team needs sufficient internal power, necessary external conditions, scientific and reasonable support, service, incentive and guidance mechanism, through the existing graduate innovation team efficiency, investment, sustainability and other aspects of research, The cultivation system of postgraduate innovation team is gradually formed based on the principle of "integration, supporting service, assessment, encouragement and guidance".
