【摘要】：目前社會各界對研究生創(chuàng)新力的培養(yǎng)已經比較重視,而對研究生控制力的培養(yǎng)多有忽略,如何將兩者有機地結合起來更缺乏應有認識。本文通過問卷調查發(fā)現(xiàn):我國研究生普遍認識到創(chuàng)新力與控制力的重要性,但許多研究生在學習中缺乏創(chuàng)新,在學習與日常生活中缺乏控制,且控制力比創(chuàng)新力更遜一籌。對此,提出了促進研究生創(chuàng)新力與控制力培養(yǎng)有機結合的建言。
[Abstract]:At present, people from all walks of life have paid more attention to the cultivation of graduate students' innovation ability, but the cultivation of graduate students' control power has been neglected, and how to combine the two together organically is lack of proper understanding. Through the questionnaire survey, this paper finds that our graduate students generally realize the importance of innovation and control, but many graduate students lack innovation in their study, lack of control in their study and daily life, and their control is worse than innovation. In view of this, put forward to promote the graduate student innovation ability and the control ability training organically unifies the proposal.
