【摘要】： 質(zhì)量是研究生教育的生命,是研究生教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本保證。碩士研究生的質(zhì)量好壞關(guān)系到整個(gè)研究生教育質(zhì)量的水平。如何保證與提高碩士研究生的教育質(zhì)量,在碩士生培養(yǎng)中建立并實(shí)行淘汰機(jī)制是保障教育質(zhì)量的一個(gè)有效途徑。 本論文剖析了我國(guó)研究生教育中現(xiàn)存的問(wèn)題,以現(xiàn)代研究生教育質(zhì)量觀和行為修正理論為基礎(chǔ),采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、系統(tǒng)分析等方法,歸納出關(guān)鍵性的因素,提出相應(yīng)的淘汰策略,試圖構(gòu)建一個(gè)適合我國(guó)國(guó)情與研究生教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)實(shí)需要碩士生淘汰機(jī)制,為我國(guó)研究生教育質(zhì)量提供保障,促進(jìn)其持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。 為構(gòu)建我國(guó)碩士生淘汰機(jī)制,本論文提出的基本思路是:首先從教育學(xué)的研究生教育質(zhì)量觀、精英性教育等,并結(jié)合質(zhì)量管理學(xué)相關(guān)理論,“產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量觀”、“質(zhì)量過(guò)程監(jiān)控原理”等,企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中就對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的監(jiān)控,注重每一道工序,把不合格的產(chǎn)品加以完善或者淘汰出去,以保證質(zhì)量。其次,從倫理、法學(xué)角度來(lái)找出碩士研究生淘汰的合理性,從公平、正義等相關(guān)概念和高校管理權(quán)與學(xué)生受教育權(quán)發(fā)生的糾紛入手,來(lái)看在碩士生培養(yǎng)中建立淘汰機(jī)制是否符合公平、正義原則,從而得出其合理性和合法性。最后提出碩士生建立淘汰機(jī)制的政策建議。本文構(gòu)建的碩士生淘汰機(jī)制,包含兩種淘汰方式:過(guò)程性淘汰和終結(jié)性淘汰。以及善后問(wèn)題的處理,建立比較完善的司法援助渠道以保障學(xué)生的受教育權(quán)。
[Abstract]:Quality is the life of graduate education and the fundamental guarantee of the sustainable development of graduate education. The quality of graduate students is related to the quality of graduate education. How to guarantee and improve the education quality of master students and how to establish and implement the elimination mechanism in the cultivation of master students is an effective way to guarantee the quality of education. This paper analyzes the existing problems in graduate education in China. Based on the theory of modern graduate education quality and behavior modification, the paper summarizes the key factors by the methods of literature research and systematic analysis. This paper puts forward the corresponding elimination strategy and tries to construct a mechanism for the elimination of graduate students in accordance with the national conditions of our country and the reality of graduate education development in order to provide guarantee for the quality of graduate education in China and to promote its sustainable and healthy development. In order to construct the mechanism for the elimination of master's students in China, the basic ideas in this paper are as follows: firstly, from the perspective of postgraduate education quality, elite education, and combining with the relevant theories of quality management, "product quality view". "quality process monitoring principle", enterprises strictly monitor the products in the production process, pay attention to each process, improve or eliminate the unqualified products, in order to ensure the quality. Secondly, from the point of view of ethics and law, to find out the rationality of the elimination of graduate students, starting with the related concepts of fairness and justice, and the disputes between the right of university management and the right of students to receive education. To see whether the establishment of elimination mechanism in the cultivation of master students conforms to the principles of fairness and justice, so as to obtain its rationality and legitimacy. Finally, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on how to set up the elimination mechanism for master students. In this paper, the master's elimination mechanism consists of two elimination methods: process elimination and summative elimination. And to deal with the problem of rehabilitation, establish a more perfect channels of judicial assistance to protect the right to education of students.
