【摘要】：我國博士生招生制度自1981年建立以來,經(jīng)過長期的發(fā)展完善取得了豐碩的成果。但隨著經(jīng)濟社會的發(fā)展對高層次人才需求的變化,我國博士招生制度出現(xiàn)了招生主體多元、選拔方式陳舊等問題,究其原因在于管理體制僵化、管理定位模糊。因此,我國博士招生制度需要明確招生主體,回歸學(xué)術(shù)本位,給導(dǎo)師、高校更多的高層次人才選拔自主權(quán);尊重類型特點,明確質(zhì)量導(dǎo)向,建立多元化的招生模式;改革管理體制,明確管理定位,激發(fā)人才選拔的內(nèi)生動力。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of the admissions system of doctoral students in China since its establishment in 1981, it has achieved fruitful results after a long period of development. However, with the development of the economic and social development on the demand for high-level talents, there are many problems in the doctoral enrollment system of our country, such as the pluralism of the subject of enrollment and the old selection methods, which are due to the rigid management system and the management positioning model. Therefore, the doctoral enrollment system of our country needs to clear the subject of enrollment, return to the academic standard, give the tutor and the higher level of high level talent selection, respect the type characteristics, clear the quality guidance, establish a diversified enrollment mode, reform the management system, clear the management position, and stimulate the endogenous motivation of the talent selection.
