【摘要】："學(xué)校教育,育人為本,德智體美,育德為先,""思想政治教育,在各級(jí)各類(lèi)學(xué)校都要擺在重要的地位,任何時(shí)候都不能放松和削弱。"學(xué)校教育關(guān)乎人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,人才關(guān)乎國(guó)家長(zhǎng)治久安、關(guān)乎中華民族偉大"中國(guó)夢(mèng)"的實(shí)現(xiàn)。由此看來(lái),高等學(xué)校落實(shí)立德樹(shù)人這一根本任務(wù),對(duì)研究生思想政治教育而言顯得尤為重要。為了深入了解當(dāng)下研究生思想政治教育狀況,揭示研究生思想政治教育工作中存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)一步提升研究生思想政治教育工作質(zhì)量和水平,本文緊緊把握國(guó)家一系列文件以及全國(guó)高校思想政治工作會(huì)議精神,針對(duì)研究生思想政治教育工作實(shí)際,列舉能夠反映研究生思想狀況的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,形成研究生思想政治教育狀況調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。通過(guò)查閱資料、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、師生訪談、定量定性分析,歸納出內(nèi)蒙古地區(qū)研究生思想狀況脈絡(luò)。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷中高校工作、研究生自身以及環(huán)境等方面的綜合分析,明晰了內(nèi)蒙古高校研究生思想問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因,進(jìn)而在治理理論視域下提出,要從教育理理念,教育機(jī)制、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法以及優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境等方面,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)內(nèi)蒙古高校研究生思想政治教育工作。
[Abstract]:"School education, education based on people, morality, wisdom, physical beauty, and morality first," ideological and political education should be placed in an important position at all levels and all types of schools, and no time should be allowed to relax or weaken it. " School education is related to the quality of talent cultivation, the long-term stability of the country and the realization of the great "Chinese Dream" of the Chinese nation. In view of this, it is particularly important for graduate ideological and political education to carry out the basic task of creating people by virtue in colleges and universities. In order to deeply understand the current situation of postgraduates' ideological and political education, reveal the problems existing in the work of postgraduates' ideological and political education, and further enhance the quality and level of graduate students' ideological and political education, This paper closely grasps a series of national documents and the spirit of the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities. In view of the reality of the ideological and political work of graduate students, this paper lists the relevant contents that can reflect the ideological situation of graduate students. Form a questionnaire on the ideological and political education of postgraduates. Through consulting materials, questionnaire, teachers and students interviews, quantitative qualitative analysis, summed up the ideological situation of graduate students in Inner Mongolia. Through the comprehensive analysis of the work of colleges and universities, the graduate students themselves and the environment in the questionnaire, this paper clarifies the causes of the ideological problems of graduate students in Inner Mongolia colleges and universities, and then puts forward, from the perspective of governance theory, the idea of educational theory, the educational mechanism, and so on. To strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of graduate students in Inner Mongolia.
