【摘要】：針對我國高校研究生教育普遍存在就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育缺失等問題,認為將就業(yè)引導(dǎo)教育融入研究生培養(yǎng)過程中,需要堅持理想信念導(dǎo)向,推進全員育人,創(chuàng)新科學(xué)的就業(yè)引導(dǎo)理念;需要堅持全程育人導(dǎo)向,覆蓋課堂內(nèi)外,構(gòu)建新型的就業(yè)引導(dǎo)體系;需要堅持實踐育人導(dǎo)向,強化責任培養(yǎng),打造豐富的職業(yè)實踐體系;需要堅持協(xié)同育人導(dǎo)向,加強校企合作,構(gòu)筑優(yōu)質(zhì)的就業(yè)服務(wù)體系。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of employment guidance education in graduate education in colleges and universities in China, it is considered that it is necessary to adhere to the ideal and belief orientation, to promote the education of the whole staff and to innovate the scientific employment guidance idea in the process of graduate education. We need to adhere to the guidance of the whole process of education, cover the classroom, build a new type of employment guidance system; we need to adhere to the guidance of practical education, strengthen responsibility training, create a rich system of professional practice, need to adhere to the guidance of collaborative education, Strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises and build a high-quality employment service system.
