【摘要】：導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)效果是研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵要素。通過對1183份有效問卷的分析表明,導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)的主體特征、過程特征和行為特征對導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)效果產(chǎn)生了重要影響。研究結(jié)果顯示:導(dǎo)師學(xué)術(shù)水平和指導(dǎo)能力是有效指導(dǎo)的前提,導(dǎo)師年度指導(dǎo)規(guī)模以2人為宜;導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)的時間和精力投入是導(dǎo)師有效指導(dǎo)的關(guān)鍵,導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)頻率與指導(dǎo)效果呈線性增強關(guān)系,而指導(dǎo)強度與指導(dǎo)效果的關(guān)系則呈現(xiàn)為橫向反S型曲線,師生雙方都主動時指導(dǎo)效果最優(yōu);科研技能支持與心理支持是導(dǎo)師有效指導(dǎo)的核心。
[Abstract]:The effect of tutor guidance is the key factor of graduate training quality. The analysis of 1183 valid questionnaires shows that the main features, process characteristics and behavior characteristics of mentor guidance have an important impact on the effectiveness of mentor guidance. The results show that the academic level and the ability of guidance are the premise of effective guidance, and the scale of tutors' annual guidance should be 2 persons, and the time and energy invested in the tutors' guidance are the key to the effective guidance of the mentors. The relationship between the guidance frequency and the guidance effect is linearly enhanced, while the relationship between the guidance intensity and the guidance effect is presented as the transverse inverse S-shape curve, and the guidance effect is the best when both teachers and students take the initiative. Scientific research skill support and psychological support are the core of effective guidance.
