【摘要】：本文簡要記載美國基礎教育在改革大環(huán)境中對領導管理人員專業(yè)培訓的需要,以皮博迪學院教育博士學位的定位框架和規(guī)格標準為例,在治學宗旨、辦學對象、教學方式等方面綜述當前美國學術界對教育博士的定位和改良的探討,為中國高校探索教育領導管理專業(yè)學位的設置和發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly records the need for professional training of leading managers in the reform environment of American basic education. Taking Peabody College as an example, the positioning framework and standard of doctoral degree in education are taken as an example, and the purpose and object of running a school are also discussed. This paper summarizes the current American academic research on the orientation and improvement of education doctorate, which provides a reference for the establishment and development of educational leadership and management major degree in Chinese colleges and universities.
