【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,各國綜合國力的競爭在一定程度上表現(xiàn)為人才的競爭。隨著改革開放的深化,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式正在經(jīng)歷由粗放型向集約型轉(zhuǎn)變,需要大量優(yōu)秀的人才,這為專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的發(fā)展提供了良好的機(jī)遇。全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育培養(yǎng)能適應(yīng)特定行業(yè)或職業(yè)實(shí)際工作需要的專門性高層次應(yīng)用型人才,而專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍在培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才過程中有舉足輕重的作用。山西省處于我國中部地區(qū),全日制專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育事業(yè)起步較晚,省內(nèi)各高校發(fā)展專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)相對不足,急需建立一支高素質(zhì)的全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍。文章主要圍繞山西省高校全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)進(jìn)行論述。以教師專業(yè)化理論與人力資源管理理論為支撐,充分運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、調(diào)查研究法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法對山西省高校的全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)情況開展調(diào)查研究。主要從導(dǎo)師的配備、導(dǎo)師的職責(zé)、導(dǎo)師的工作、導(dǎo)師的管理方面分析了山西省高校全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)山西省高校全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在的問題,包括導(dǎo)師制度落實(shí)程度不高、宣傳效果不好、師生溝通不佳、校內(nèi)導(dǎo)師專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力不足、校外導(dǎo)師掛名、導(dǎo)師管理規(guī)范度不高;并對上述問題進(jìn)行了原因分析。鑒于此,山西省高校必須采取措施完善全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),主要的措施為增強(qiáng)對專業(yè)學(xué)位教育重視、加大資源投入、強(qiáng)化導(dǎo)師實(shí)踐能力、深化導(dǎo)師管理機(jī)制。建立完備的全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍對專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的發(fā)展具有非常重要的意義。在山西省高校專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展的背景下,全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)有利于不斷深化研究生教育改革,有利于提升研究生教育質(zhì)量。因此,山西省高校必須加強(qiáng)全日制專業(yè)碩士導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),不斷培養(yǎng)高層次應(yīng)用型人才。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the competition of comprehensive national strength of various countries is, to a certain extent, the competition of talents. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the mode of economic development in China is changing from extensive type to intensive type, and a large number of outstanding talents are needed, which provides a good opportunity for the development of professional degree education. Full-time professional graduate education can meet the needs of a specific profession or occupation, and professional graduate education tutors play an important role in the process of cultivating application-oriented talents. Shanxi Province is in the middle of our country, the full-time professional degree graduate education starts relatively late, each university in the province develops the specialized degree education the experience is relatively insufficient, urgently needs to establish a high-quality full-time professional master's teacher team. This article mainly focuses on the construction of full-time professional master tutor team in Shanxi Province. Based on the theory of teacher specialization and human resource management, this paper makes full use of literature research, investigation and statistical analysis to investigate and study the construction of full-time professional masters' tutors in colleges and universities in Shanxi Province. This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of full-time professional master tutor team construction in Shanxi Province from the aspects of teacher's equipment, tutor's duty, tutor's work and tutor's management. On the basis of analysis, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the construction of full-time professional masters' tutors in Shanxi Province, including the low degree of implementation of the tutorial system, the poor publicity effect, the poor communication between teachers and students, and the lack of professional practical ability of teachers in Shanxi. Outside the school teacher name, teacher management standard degree is not high; and the reasons for the above problems are analyzed. In view of this, colleges and universities in Shanxi Province must take measures to perfect the construction of full-time professional masters' tutors, the main measures are to strengthen the attention to professional degree education, increase the input of resources, strengthen the practical ability of mentors, and deepen the management mechanism of tutors. It is of great significance for the development of professional graduate education to establish a complete team of full-time professional master's tutors. Under the background of the continuous development of professional degree education in Shanxi Province, the construction of full-time professional master's tutor team is conducive to deepening the reform of graduate education and improving the quality of graduate education. Therefore, colleges and universities in Shanxi Province must strengthen the construction of full-time professional masters' tutors and constantly train high level applied talents.
